The soonest that they can mobilize aid or donations, we will be able to offer more tangible assistance which will help the folks in Carriacou but help to not feel that sense of hopelessness.....believe you me 2017 with Barbuda was the same thing. If people are still seeking shelter in their homes tarps, generators and water are vitally important right now.

Please visit Union Island as well. Its a small island close to Carriacou that belongs to St. Vincent and the Grenadines. It has also been devastated by hurricane Beryl and about 90% of the infrastructure has been destroyed. The residents are currently still without electricity, data and cell signal. Most people haven't been able to get in direct contact with their family members on the island since the hurricane... myself included, I'm still trying to get in contact with my mom.
