I don’t think I’d call it a great design, considering it broke so easily. Need to add a big fillet to that sucker. Also, you’re going to regret using cardboard spools in your AMS units.

It broke when I dropped it on a concrete floor. As for the cardboard spools.... 3500+ hours on one machine and over 1400+ on the other. ALL PolyMaker, no issues.

lol. Never said they didn’t. You do realize that PolyMaker is one of their preferred Filament brands right? You also do realize that there are different types of cardboard spools right? It’ll be ok. It’s really not that serious.
