Nice study of kansetsu waza at 0:39. Jessica Perreira used hiza gatame version not hara gatame (in this technique she would have to use her own belly and that didn't happen. We see she used her right thign). We see how is important fully controll of opponent as here. Jessica inexplicably released the pressure when it looked like the opponent was going tap out (at 1:28). Because she controled her opponent fully she can adjusted it to increase pressure else end her second attempt was succesfully (at 1:38).

tap or try to escape. the first armbar was hard to watch. The judoka applying it did not know how to create correct fulcrum, but the person fighting it was trying to arm curl out of it instead of escape. The sub was inevitable and by the looks of it, at the very least hyper extended or broke the arm. Doesnt make sense
