Out of desperation thinking they wouldn’t work, I tried the ball exercise and I was amazed of the difference it has made. It doesn’t remove arthritis but it alleviates the pain. Thank you very much!❤

Thank you so much for these exercises. I have had pain at the base of my thumb for a few months now strangely as a result of acupuncture which lessened the pain up my arm but now it seems the pain gathers at base of my thumb instead. How many times should I do these in a day? Will it help me get rid of the pain completely? Thanks again for all the helpful information you put out

I'm watching your videos and getting ideas for what might help me in healing/rehabbing my thumb to get it back to normal. I've been resting it, lightly using it like normal and using a Mueller thumb splint throughout the day on and off and sleeping with it on. A month ago I started noticing trigger thumb a little when waking. That was just before I got laid off from my job where I was heavily using my thumb on an assembly line. I got laid off the following week. That was a month ago. It's slowly healing and only triggered a few times but still does occasionally if I stretch it too far. It stops if I massage the base of the joint. Now it rarely triggers if at all. I'm just trying to figure out the best thing to do to heal it. I'll not do things anymore that are physically abusive to it. Thanks for your videos.

No need to call the first one a "warm-up", these are also excellent for procioception, range, control and are a workout!

In my video research today, I saw a Dr. Berg video on tendinitis. He says rest is the worst therapy. What's the first thing most videos or doctors say to do, rice. Decisions, decisions, for people that don't have insurance and can't afford a doctor.

What if my thumb is out of socket and bone on bone? The exercises seem to hurt me even when I do it slow and minimum.

These would not be for you because most of them are more advanced. You would benefit from my 30 day thumb program where I walk you through gentler exercises and we build up each week- virtualhandcare.mykajabi.com/30-day-thumb-arthritis-training-program
