Thanks again. I just had the stitches out. Are there any more different exercises, or should I just continue with theses excellent ones? The exercises are now a little easier and less painful with the stitches out.

mine is done up high ! i have a broken thumb,broken wrist and carpel tunnel surgery, and dislocated my elbow all at one time ,should i go back and have the cast redone ? since i have the problem your mentioned cannot bend at knuckles

Sleeping is one of the most challenging parts of a hand injury... Having a lot of pillows is absolutely helpful. Stay safe & healthy everyone!

Very Well Done! I left my orthopedic office with minimal post operative instructions. This REALLY fills in the gaps. After this 1st session of this video, I now feel at least a small bit noticeable improvement. Really neat how just 1 run through yields results. I'll be doing this may times a day, feeling like normal hand motion is on sight. Thank You very much!!

Great video. I have a question. Would it be beneficial to rub caster oil in before doing exercises? Or- does caster oil help at all with arthritic joints? Cheers.

I've spent a lot of time on a keyboard. Recently I started body building and cardio. I'm getting terrible pain in my left elbow radiation to the out side tendon that connects to the hand. The pai and presure is felt on the top of my arm. I started using a curl bar with 10 lbs on each side and do top and bottom forearm muscle curls. This made a huge difference. However. I feel if I make a fist, then open all the way. Thats where I feel the pain. The muscle/ tendon or sheath is damaged or something. When I do bench press I can only do about 2 sets. Starts hurting and radiating down my arm to my hand

I’m a 78 year old woman with Dupuytren’s. I fell and broke the fall by placing that hand on tile floor, about 10 years ago. That palm looks dirrerent than the other one. It looks as if there is minor structural damage. I have no pain or discomfort; it's only extremely annoying.

My husband has the 2nd one as both hands with all four fingers horribly turned under & each turns out sorta sideways away from either thumb .He can hardly hold or use for many thigs needed . He is 74 yrs old & says he is to far gone or old to get help like surgery ? I would love your opinion ...enjoyed your video ! Thank you much !!

Thank you for these videos. I am 8 weeks out of wrist surgery. I'm doing the flexion, supination, and this - extension for at home PT. They are wonderful and am seeing great progress. my goal is to resume my weight lifting workouts which includes push ups! Any suggestions of videos you have created to help with this would be awesome. I'm going to check out your writs and formearm stretches today. Thank you
