Good examples! In the world we live in today, money is definitely a powerful tool, still, it is worth choosing a niche with your heart first. Being passionate is directly linked to being productive, motivated, and doing the job with more effort - this is a successful business necessity.

I stepped back to assess my day-to-day in an attempt to mine for a niche in the things I already enjoy doing every day. Path of least resistance, right? So far, petting the dogs, watching Perry Mason, and eating tuna dip with Ruffles potato chips doesn’t hold a lot of promise for long term audience interest & retention. 🤷🏻♀️ Print On Demand it is! Thanks for sharing so much great information, Roberto. Appreciate you!

Hey Roberto: I have a challenge for you: making a video for those who we were diagnosed with " Split-Niche Syndrome" hahah when we do not have a specific niche and CAN NOT choose one. Me, 7 other friends, and millions online think that it would be cheesy to put in our bio: "too multilayered to have a niche ☺️." or some of the sort and leave things at that. The reason is almost always the same. You do stuff equally (ex., music, film, influencing, travel, selling some of our stuff, fitness). I can't wrap my head around how to make people stick to such unpredictable profiles (like mine). For the ones on the same boat, it feels limiting because people usually follow you because they will be expecting a type of content, but then they look at yours, they can only be: 🤔🤔🤔! From my experience interacting with dozen of FB groups where I have posted and discussed the topic, also Reddit, and friends: you think all your posts can be a waste of time because we won’t let the algorithm settle on a single thing to identify us to pump us up. #Pain #HelpUs

Short version is to stream on Twitch to express yourself and be a variety streamer, and be a TikTok personality and be random. Use KZbin to niche down into something stable you can do well, enjoy and be paid for.

Neiching down is unnecessary - don’t limit your ideas. Start multiple channels and utilise everything you have. It’s a lot more fun when you don’t have to limit your ideas and actions to a single specialty. *Lots of respect for you Roberto you are one of my greatest role models.

I hear what you’re saying but that’s not realistic for most people. And it doesn’t work. The reality and truth is you do have to limit your ideas to what is effective if this is not a hobby for you

Will it be available to turn off ONLY reactions if needed and NOT comments? Running a how to channel it would be nice to see those reactions but if it’s distracting to learning I’d like the ability to turn off reactions displaying but not comments. Does that make sense? If possible it would be amazing as a creator to see the reactions and analytics even if displaying reactions gets turned off. Not sure if that would be a future possibility but wanted to give that feedback and perspective. As a full time KZbinr this is something I’ve looked forward to for a while and so glad YT has started to experiment. Thank you!

It depends on whether the audience has any overlap and where your channel is at today. Often it’s better to use the knowledge you have to spin up a new channel and to have the clean data and let the pricing on it be set on its own merit

The "news" idea I don't like. There's an awful lot of people giving their opinions on facts and theories on what's going on behind the scenes. Unless someone is there and giving facts or is educated enough to make a scientific analysis, their word isn't worth crap. But, of course, they just need 1000+ gullible people to subscribe and watch their ramblings.

@@simplement_it if there was someone in ukraine posting videos about what s/he is experiencing and hearing wrt the war there, that would be an alternative news source.
