I can confirm that Compass Cove, Dunes Village, and Crown Reef are all great hotels!! I’ve stayed at all three numerous times because they’re so great (I’ve stayed at Compass Cove three times, and I’ve stayed at Dunes Village and Crown Reef too many times to count.) Dunes Village is the best for winter time since almost everything they have is indoors, and I’d say that the best one for summer time is Crown Reef.

Excellent video and the reviews on some of the best hotel's in Myrtle Beach as well. I stayed at the Dunes Village Resort hotel back in 2020. It's really nice there. Especially having 2 indoor water parks.

I would add that the Patricia Grand is also one of the ONLY OCEANFRONT pet friendly hotels. The weight limit is 40 pounds but 90% of the rooms are pet friendly. I have been there twice this year for that reason alone. :)

Did you receive compensation from these hotels? The list is unbalanced. Hilton in the same list as Crown Reef. You forgot to mention Hilton charges 3-4 times as much and they want you to buy a timeshare. You clearly overlooked better options which leads me to the conclusion you were paid to recommend these properties. Coral Beach is far better than most of your suggestions. We have stayed at some of them never to return. Nothing learned here.

I’m sorry, but I have to say that the Crown Reef is the nastiest hotel I’ve ever stayed at when at Myrtle Beach and I’m there every year. Our room smelled horrible and had mold on the ceiling. Now, after several hours of arguing, they did change us to a better room, even though it did have dead roaches, and they refunded us 1 night accommodations which I greatly appreciated. But, we never got in the pool either as it had a nasty film on it each day. Would not recommend. We’ve moved over to North Myrtle area and we find it much better.

Already read some reviews on Oceans Enclave but what’s the word on it you guys have heard? My wife and I will be there for our 25th anniversary starting September 27th! I’ll be keeping my eyes peeled for you two on the prowl! Read bad reviews on Seacrest but we loved it there! Last spring!

My husband and I stayed at Ocean Enclave for our 1 year anniversary back in October of 2020. We definitely recommend! The views are perfect, the room itself is very nice! No complaints at all. Very well kept, very spacious and great amenities. 5 ⭐️

Haven’t stayed on the south side in years due not being as safe. We have stayed way north for severe years. Is the southern side better than it was? Near the boardwalk was a mess I had heard. Stayed at seacrest a lot, but haven’t stayed there in over 20 years.

They are trying to give it a facelift as to not be so bad. I think they still have a ways to go, but it looks like better quality places now - in some areas. Of course, we usually go there during the day - mainly.

We are going down to stay at Anderson Hilton Resort and you mentioned meeting a pirate. How do you do that and where should we go to get this experience? My 5 year old son would love it!

Pricing is highly suggestive holidays, upcoming holidays, beach events prime or out of season how far ahead you book or if you wait till last minute. There is no set price

I believe the nicer the place is, the less likely you have any issues. But, when we go on vaca, we take a bottle of rubbing alcohol and spray everything down, just in case.

If you're not camping, something in SSB and Garden City seem safe. But if you want something in MB, I think the Crown Reef seemed to have things pretty secure. But please check out all reviews on places first. Thanks.

I beg your pardon, but crown reef if on a renovation process over the next 3 years an ne rooms an condos are highly up dated. I work for the contractor doing the renovations.an the south building had floors 14 through 7renovated this winter

I stayed at the Anderson when it first opened, it was wonderful. I just left Myrtle Beach yesterday and we stayed at the Atlantica, please take the Atlantica off your list lol it’s a disaster.
