1. Decline Sit Ups With A Plate.
2. Decline Leg Ups.
3. Decline Russian Twists With A Plate
4. Hanging Knee Biases
This workout targets your whole six pack and you can do it at home or at the gym.
Do this ab workouts 3 times per week.
Get at least 1 day of rest between workout days.
