Agreed Sleeves. I use Elite Edges on as many players as possible, along with Make It Snappy on forwards and Shutdown or Quickpick for defence. Then it's luxury things like Heatseeker, Big Tipper and Beauty Backhand for fun. I'm OCD about using all 90 points too!

I like to use abilities I can actually see/feel making a difference versus a unseen difference. For instance you can immediately see the born leader ability take effect when the player gets a goal especially but you see it happen with hits/blocks. With Truculence you can see your player taking better angles, deliver better hits and not miss nearly as much. An ability like Make it Snappy though just makes a louder noise when you shoot and I just don't see more pucks going into the net than with other players who don't have it taking the same shot. I am very iffy on Elite Edges, again I just don't see the player making those turns or having much more advanced maneuverability over players without it who have high agility stats. At the end of the day there needs to be more transparency on how it is actually impacting the players stats/ability on the ice. Does the EE bump up the agility stats on a 97 to a 110? Does Truculence add +15 hitting power? Do they not do anything if the person is already 99'd out in the stats that the ability would impact?

my expirience with the abilities showed me that depends on the player, for example, unstoppable force, usually does not work well, but with jaromir jagr cards it works beautifully, but jagr is one of those players wich are hard to get the puck out of him normally, another example is seeing eye, in quinn hughes xfactor it almost doesn't work, but on dennis potvin icon... dude he becomes a one shot one kill sniper

This might be a hot take but if everyone has certain abilities why should there be a limit of abilities I can use… Maybe just to shake the game up?

Yeaaaa even when people charge up hits I’ve learned how to shield them off with Unstoppable Force. All personal preference I guess

Yeah i can’t get a read on EE right now lol it’s nice on makar im noticing tho

@@SleevelessGaming I think it’s a lot more apparent on defensemen than offense. For 8 ap it’s quite expensive. I’d be much more apt to activate it for 6 or something more reasonable.
