My dream of life is to be an actress but I'm a Latin American and I don't know if she's going to succeed in Hollywood and I wouldn't know if I was hired if I don't have that much experience maybe because I started at 18.
@cholarmukuka38412 жыл бұрын
There are so many young latin Americans that are actually doing the most in Hollywood ( Jaden Michael, Miles brown).... I'm also eighteen and I am from Africa. I worry about the same thing but we shouldn't give up...we deserve all the opportunities that the world has to offer ❤️❤️. We got this

Can a monologue be a scene from a movie?
@rmts2713 жыл бұрын
I want to start acting but the issue is I don't live in a major city I live in a very small city about 4 hours from a decently sized city (think san Francisco) and about 7 hours from a large city and that's the thing that's putting a wrench in my career I really want to start acting but the 4 hour drive seems like it would be crazy

Man it's so informative, although i know i have the least chances to become an American actor, because where I'm located is not the best place, yes it's Russia. I'll try my best, don't care if i have to live in USA to get its citizenship and then legally sign up for casting calls, and get an agent, I'll make it, and I'm glad that I've seen this video, thank you!

Is it possible to get in a Netflix show or movie if I’m from Germany and live there too? I wanna be in an American movie of course, but do I need to go to or live in America to film?
@jaelvictoria57713 жыл бұрын
Hi! Yes, you can be in an American movie /Netflix one day if you work hard. But you first need to have experience in Germany and put things on your resume. And unless the movie isn’t filmed in Germany, you probably have to go America. Or at least audition in Germany and then go to America.

Sometimes I look on Pinterest for monologues or things people have written that can be used as monologues. So these are probably not suitable for auditions but great for practicing. There are many websites online if you just search up 'monologues for .....' fill in the gap with your age and gender. ex, teen girl or old man etc.

...Okay, so I really want to shoot a monologue for the Crazy Phone Call scene in Swingers, but it's very different from the other monologues I'm seeing online because 1. It's abit longer than a normal monologue and 2. There's alot of moving around in the scene... Do you think it would be a bad idea to monologue a scene with this amount of moving parts, or do you think it would play in my favor?
