I ordered the panniers and mounts for my 2022 Africa Twin. The mounts do NOT fit 2020 to 2022 Africa Twins. The rear subframe was changed in 2020. I found the Touratech mounts and they should work but we're out of stock. Brooks finally agreed to refund the cost of the mounts. Not sure what that means, I haven't seen a refund in 3 weeks. I'm in limbo until the Touratech mounts are available.

Sorry to hear about your experience. We did notice that they advertise their racks for the 2018-2021. Whereas ours was a 2017. As far as them giving you a refund, I would keep bugging them until they respond with a concrete answer. Thanks for sharing your experience. It helps others know who they're dealing with.
