There are no rooms at hotel Pod 51 for $100 per night. The cheapest is $218 plus $59 taxes and charges. There are no rooms at Yotel hotel for $120 per night. The cheapest is $240 plus $84 taxes and charges. All via Booking. Where did you see those prices that you are mentioning? I dont see them anywhere.
