The reason the wheels rubs the board is because u have your trucks to loose it’s called wheel bite

I do not have the problem I am not sure how to fix it. Most likely it is your balance. Try tightening the trucks on it maybe it will help. Reply if you have any other questions.

It's a beginners skateboard. And it is really cheap so there is not much to expect. I bought it almost a year ago and it's still gold
