@@bavarois25 Chat GPT basic is free (and limited.. I AM actually a GGPT suibscriber as much for the GPT's as CGPT 4o) but CGPT free makes up the citations. If you asked CGPT(free) to give you 10 references on a particular subject AND list them using the Harvard referencing system, it will give you some great looking, seemingly authentic references which won't actually exist. Go on, try it... :D

All AI detecting tools including Turnitin, do not have the ability to detect which AI tool was used to write that specific content. Yes, they may detect AI content, but they can not identify which AI tool (Chat GPT or any other tool) was used to create that content. I think ability to identify the source will be useful in future.
