You have not mentioned the issues. The Philips has the basket inside a basket. Which is easy to wash but dangerous to fall out of the outer basket. It has a complex lock mechanism. Others don't have double baskets. They have a base plate. But that plate comes out while pouring out the content and falls on your hand.

Do some air fryers require us to take the basket out, shake the contents and put it back, for even cooking? I saw this Shake indicator feature in Billord which confused me a bit, and Phillips talks abt some 360 degree air for even cooking!

Hi, yes Philips has 360 degree air frying as they have space at the bottom too for air to flow unlike some other air fryers. But a quick shake may give you a better consistency in frying.

@hardworkislife just highlights your ignorance. South India has one the best chain of vegetarian restaurants like Sangeetha and Saravana Bhavan. It should have given you an idea of how spread vegetarianism in South India.

The number of vegetarian dishes is huge that a western brought up person isn't normally aware. Rice and wheat are predominantly used for multiple dishes. India is a land of spices that Europeans went for war to take control of it. All spices are organic. In your place, check for authentic south Indian restaurants like Sangeetha or Saravana Bhavan. There are fantastic dishes in vegetarian to relish.

Nowadays, people are shifting away from aluminum and non-stick cookware due to the release of harmful toxins, and are opting for stainless steel, cast iron, or clay vessels instead. While the health benefits are the main reason for switching to an air fryer, if it uses non-stick components, does it still remain healthy? This seems to undermine the entire purpose.
