Anybody recommending a Zinus Mattress is getting compensated for it. Zinus customer support and their warranty are both a joke. I have a one of their mattresses and have been trying for over over 6 months to get warranty service from them. Since you can't see the indentations they don't want to cover it. My mattress has areas where it's less firm and other areas that are firm so it creates bumps that put pressure on parts of my body. I have 9 herniated discs in my back and it hurts when one of those bumps presses on certain areas of my body, so I have to constantly move around during the night trying to find a place where the bumps don't hurt me. After retiring from the Air Force the least I want to have at night is a peaceful sleep. What else can we do to get Zinus to honor their warranty?

I've had a Zinus for over 7 years and the past year my back has gotten bad. First few years were great for me.

I got the vesgantti king size hybrid mattress, I absolutely love it, I got it of Amazon for £211.99 and believe it’s so much like my £1500 mattress that I was replacing and so comfortable well worth buying

I can say I bought twin 9" for my daughter I loved that it did not have fire retardant added and it's held up good being have had about 5 years now and I sleep on it alot so not just a little one.

Just a warning. Lucid is sold in Canada through amazon but because they don't ship to Canada themselves there is no warranty. It's a limited 10 year warranty for mattresses in the USA only which is right on there site. You have 30 days with amazon and beyond that nothing. Plus amazon in most cases are going to want you to ship it back at your expense.

FYI: Don't get hybrid if you have adjustable base. They are not ideal for it.

An adjustable base is something that props your upper half up to around 45 degrees, also possible to prop up the lower half depending on the base. Think hospital beds but in your house@@ChristopherDillman

What are you talking about? THEY DON'T EXCEPT RETURNS . THERE WARRENTY IS TO GIVE YOU A HALF ASS REFUND. THEY ARGUE WITH YOU ALL THE WAY. SO TRY YOUR DARNEST TO GET THE RIGHT MATTRESS WHEN ORDING. BUYER BEWARE !!!!!
