Hi. ❤ I like how You organize your baking. Question: what do You do with those portioner containers after you used them? Do You toss them in the trash? O do You wash them after every use to reuse them again? ❤ Ty.

Hi, I wash them between uses for scaling recipes but I use new ones if it is a ready to eat food that won’t be cooked any further (pastry cream, ice cream, etc.). They are officially cold deli cups & I get them at Restaurant Depot.
