No, frenzy is a really bad skill for OD, it does give you nothing, the damage reduction is really low (25% if the skill is aced). It won't allow you to survive 2 shots of a heavy swat unit, not even with the ICTV and anarchist. It's not worth it. You'll bee able to take 3 shots before your armour brakes only with any other resist, such as Underdog aced, or after you've been helped up by a teammate with painkillers.

@@StrMtRpr-qe5lh The thing about anarchist is that the point of it is to break the armor. You get another hit when your armor breaks and then regens, so going with the ICTV is not as good as two-piece or LBV, as the armor regeneration is much quicker than with the ICTV. 25% is quite a bit on DSOD and the fact that you start at the low amount of health means that the berserker skill can synergise with it. Also, I believe that the Armor conversion with anarchist happens before or independant of the health decrease. So you can also get berserker activated without risking your neck.

@@goovn822 Berserker Live Matters is my answer, I am always using it. And that story about the ICTV was only an example. And if you're playing with out the mod that lowers your help, it makes sense to take the base version of Frenzy And save 8 points.

So about the Berserker skill; you only get the full 100% damage bonus when you're at 0% health. The description states that the boost is *up to* 100% based on how low your health is. You'll get your most damage in swan song. If you're willing to take the risk, being downed and then getting revived will get you within 10% of your max health or so, assuming no one has the health boost on revive perk, and that will seriously increase your damage. Another thing, if you're not going to use the electric knuckles, you'll want to pick up the Bloodthirst perk instead of Pumping Iron. Pumping iron just increases damage done to enemies with melee attacks by 100%. Nothing special about that. With Bloodthirst, every enemy you kill increases the damage of your next melee attack by 100%, up to a 1600% increase. The aced skill halves your reload time after a melee kill for 10 seconds, so it's really good if you need a quick reload on your LMG. If you go the route of Bloodthirst, I recommend the katana due to it's increased attack speed if the first hit doesn't kill. If you need something with concealment, the ice pick does the same damage with max concealment. Overall though, this looks a lot like any of my favorite anarchist builds.

Between the IZHMA autoshottie and Steakout 12G (from BBQ Pack), the first has a slightly better fire rate by 30 points (330/300), however, they both have the same damage and Steakout has a few more magazine rounds but again there is higher concealment for the IZHMA. They both serve the same purpose but one is used everywhere and the other is nearly forgotten, even for a DLC weapon. Is there anything I am missing? Is the IZHMA actually more superior to the Steakout? Thank you again, Bee!

b33 the difference in the time frame if you didnt notice is literally one second, the lbv takes 3 seconds for the small amount of amour while the suit takes 2 seconds which is great for armor-gating. With the lbv its great for taking more shots and running around like rambo the suit is good objective wise with the armor regen and the 2 second invincibility and pumping iron is useless youre better off with bloodthirst considering you can finish off dozers and you do not take lock and load aced with an LMG. if you ever do another anarchist build try jokers you get more speed and health which is also converted into more armor and PLEASE for the love of god if you have a spare point put it into hardware expert, i see you skip it all the time and i cant explain the amount of times ive had to die to snipers, heavy swat, turrets etc because i had to sit there for 10 seconds straight to fix a drill and i always see you playing pubs and since theres no AI fixing the drill can be so slow. With converts the rambo style i talked about earlier with them, they act as distractions for you when your armor breaks and when it does, you can duck into cover, regen then get back into the fight with your team. I hope you look at this and take this into consideration... have a good day. One thing i forgot if you have berserker without frenzy and you get hostage taker youre just shooting yourself in the feet because the two skills literally oppose each other.

Yeah, but the suit is way better because on death sentence you don't tank any extra shots with LBV, while with suit you get better armour gating + 5 dodge for free no matter your detection risk.

Haven't seen anyone mentioning it, but as far as I am aware, berserker aced works in a different way than you have explained. At 6:12 , you said that frenzy would double your damage output if you are below 50% health, but in truth if you are at exactly 50% health, your damage will increase by 1% (Or 0%, I've never got my health perfectly at exactly 50% health). The lower your health, the bigger the damage bonus gets. If you are at 30% health thanks to frenzy, then you will do +40% bonus damage. If you are at a single health left, then you will double your damage output. The lower the health, the better the damage becomes. Btw, with berserker basic and frenzy basic, you would get exactly 100% bonus melee damage with the full 30% health. It's ofcourse overkill's fault for being so damn cryptic with their skill descriptions. ("healing recieved is reduced to 0%" is my favorite example, or any skill mentioning accuracy while moving)

Yea mate, Berserker is a scale and it’s up to 100% with ranged. With frenzy and the reduction you get to 40% and go no lower on that, you can take damage to get yourself to 100%. With melee and saw I believe frenzy takes to you 100% increase immediately

couple notes on the relationship of anarchist and armor, while the time to fully recover your armor is similar between all armors, the main, notable difference is the delay between armor recovery ticks. lighter armors tick faster for less armor per tick, heavy armors tick slower for much more armor per tick. in this sense heavy armors recover more armor per second passively, but you're going to have less opportunities to armor gate since there is such a large amount of time between ticks. so if you want the armor that will give you the least downtime between "no armor" and "some armor" then suit is king. if you want armor that you can treat more as a resource and don't plan on letting break very often ictv is good stuff. depending on how you feel you may want something in between.

Fun fact: Health increases actually affects Anarchist's armor conversion. For example, if you get the 30% health bonus from converted cops you will roughly have an extra 100 armor which really helps when you want to survive a sniper shot.

I love this build! I'm rocking this on all loud heists and it is godly! Even without max level or much infamy, this rocks. Imagine this after I get all the requirements, holy shit. Btw, that grenade launcher is literally trash, I swapped it with the judge with HE. But on levels below DS OD, I almost never used a secondary, except for THOSE FUCKING SNIPERS, HOLY SHIT.

I have to say, there was probably fix in the game since, because 2 peace suit ensures exactly 2 second regeneration with anarchist while lightweight vest regenerates 3 second. I tested it with several times with stopwatch. Tell me if I am missing something. I also tested armor skills and with suit it was 2 seconds all the time and with vest 3 seconds :)

Yea mate, it’s not changed. The math behind it is this: suit is 10 armor every 2 seconds, lbv is 15 every 3. Which means the total is replenished at the same rate. Example: 12 seconds of regen would be 6 x 10 for the suit and 4 x 15 for lbv. Both equal 60

I know armor recovery skills don’t work, except for bullseye, that works great. As far as second wind goes, I thought it at least felt like I was getting that speed boost when all my armor depleted. You can of course put the points where you feel they go better mate,

I would recommend taking bloodthirst rather then pumping iron. 1) You shouldn’t being going for melee kills all the time. 2) Berserker already increases your melee damage to lethal amounts. 3) With bloodthirst ace you get a reload boost when you do go for a melee kill and that would be helpful for the lmg and gl.

Yea I tried that, but I found I never use melee on death sentence, no enemy is a one hit melee kill so you have to shoot a couple of times and then time a melee, didn’t work for me, but could for others!

I used this with the Steakout with Dragon's Breath Low accuracy and Arbiter to deal with snipers and crowds. It works really well since the LMG skills can be ported to shotgun skills and while I can't get headshots I still burn my enemies which grants me armor and stuns. Luckily, Dragon's Breath doesn't lower pickup so i had a steady amount of ammo

Idk if it's as good on DS as it is on Ovk, Mayhem, or DW, but I'm really partial to Bloodthirst in the brawler tree for any lmg build, especially when the alternative is Pumping Iron (bluh). Basically, I get to dump loads of ammo, building up a melee damage boost, then step out of cover, slap the nearest cop in one hit, get back into cover and reload insanely quickly. I also run Lock and Load Aced because on the M60/MG42 lmgs, even a 40% reload speed boost feels amazing, and is basically free (bonus brownie points if you use either/both reload speed boost to boost the reloads of your Arbiter). Tl;Dr Again, maybe Bloodthirst (and lock and load aced) just get way worse against DS enemies as opposed to Mayhem/DW (I wouldn't know, I'm not a masochist), but if I'm making a build with Berserker/Frenzy, I'm definitely using Bloodthirst to get there over Pumping Iron.

For me i would drop frenzy aced to basic, since the resistence isnt doing much on higher difficulties, and you wont be healing health much anyways, unless using medic bags but then itll heal you to max anyways, and take swan song aced, 100% berserker and infinite ammo for 6 second is really good, and also allows you to inspire clutch, also i use grimm db instead of the compact 40mm fire grenades because i have a peanut sized brain

I love this build, but i suggest removing second wind, because it doesn’t trigger with anarchist. Also iron man is useless because with anarchist you armor gate. It means that even if you have 1 armor and cop does 225 you’re gonna lose only one armor and no health, except snipers. And also you use suit for this. Even if it’s less armor its 2 sec regen. Its better for armor gating.

Light units, croakers, medics, shields, tazers, medic dozers, mini gun dozers etc all do a lot less so I just cover myself a little more seeing as you never really have full armor with anarchist. The more recent version I changed up with suit, but both to me are fun

You can remove Tank skill tree and just take partners in crime aced to take 2 shots from heavy unit and 1 shot of sniper. You don't need Frenzy aced on DS/OD. So, we have lot of skill points. We can take revenant tree and crits. Assault rifles with berserk, crits and body expertise are awesome!! And we have pretty enough armor points.

My only gripe with this video is that you ignore the actual distinction between the Suit and LBV. The suit begins regenerating armor after 2 seconds, while the LBV takes 3 seconds. Not a huge difference but just something that I'd like to point out.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think there's really no point in maxing bullseye when playing DS as your armor will always break after two shots anyways... thus the amount you regen won't matter as long as you actually have at least one point of armor... from what I understand bullseye on Anarchist is only there because it's cooldown is seperate from Lust for Life.

Whenever your armor is above 169, it takes 2 shots to break (225 point enemy shot - 25% Frenzy reduction). Bullseye aced helps you get back to 169 much faster. With Aced you can do it in 8 seconds, while with basic it takes 17. FYI, with Bullseye, Frenzy and Underdog aced and the LBV giving 270 armor, you can take 2 shots and still have armor left over if you can hit a single headshot in between the first and second shot. If you do that, along with armor gating from Lust for Life, it should take 5 shots to kill you. 270 124 {bullseye+} 149 3 0 {lustforlife during 2 sec invincible+} 10 0 lose all your health. (Frenzy and Underdog aced make a 225 point hit into 146 points). I think that is a very reasonable chain of events.

I have a similar build but for shotguns. With the Izhma or Akimbo Grimms you basically mow down everything, even bulldozers. Aiming optional.

Well I've tried yours and I feel like Anarchist and Body Experise don't go very well together, not unless you're going for an ICTV build. Having the vest means you need headshots to stay alive and Body Expertise reduces the likelihood of an enemy dying from a headshot... well unless you go for accuracy, which defeats the whole purpose.

I can't either that's why I use shotguns and explosives, lmao. When I said Body Expertise doesn't work well with Anarchist it probably would've been more correct to say Body Expertise doesn't work well with Bullseye, however the reason I didn't is because I believe Anarchist relies on Bullseye to be effective and when you're spraying enemies with Body Expertise they're more likely to die from a body shot than a head shot. The Anarchist armor regen from damage alone isn't that great if you like playing Payday 2 like it's Doom classic.

@@loquenlucas9060 just looking for a strong AR that could replace an LMG. Ammo pickup rate on the Eagle Heavy (Scar-H) sucks but you can get by. The idea was to forgo body expertise. If you are conservative and land head shots you're going to be fine. My aim sucks too bad though. I use the LMG and body expertise aced.

6:12 Doesn't Berserker's damage buff only reach 100% when you are at 0% health? So with Frenzy's 30% health your Berserker will only have 40% of it's maximum effect, which means +40% ranged damage and +100% melee/saw damage. In this case it would be better to ace Body Expertise (and some other skills) instead to get that 90% headshot damage when spraying into the crowd with your LMG.

The problem with frenzy tho is that the berserker gives u more dmg when ur hp gets lower, and having the hp from frenzy only makes you get like 25% dmg boost instead of outright 100%. The only use for frenzy is to prevent Hacker or Gambler deck users from healing you completely. Still wish ovk changed it so frenzy keeps you on 5-10% hp at all times. Edit: i have a very special and fun anarchist build, wanna try it out? By that i mean a minigun build that makes you kill mini dozers on ds in around 10 headshots.

It should be more than that mate. If at 50% health you get same damage and at 0 health you get 100% damage increase, at 25% health you’d get a 50% increase, so for frenzy starting at 30, you get about 37 if my mind is working this morning lol either way, I like it when it’s working with body expertise and headshot multipliers. It’s one of them that should change by the player if they don’t like how it feels. I actually like it a lot :)

After hearing that the 2 piece suit and the LBV have the same armor regen, I was in shock. I almost always use anarchist for my loud builds and I always thought the suit regened faster. I was still doubtful, so I decided to do the test myself with your build. The suit regened armor every 2 seconds, and the LBV regenerated every 3 seconds (I know this because of wolfhud). After watching your demonstration again, I see that the suit DOES regenerate faster then the LBV. Right before 2:47 you can see it happening. I am not here to say that the 2 piece suit is better, I am just here to point a probable mistake.

I feel like the mistake might be somewhere else mate, I literally took the footage of a 60fps video, slowed it down to single frame footage to time the explosion impact, and the health bars reach 100% at the exact frame. After this I looked at the payday 2 long guide on steam, literally the Bible of payday mechanics and it also confirmed that lbv and suit are the same

After watching your demonstration yet again, I noticed that the LBV regens first but all of a sudden gets out of balanced and regens at the same time as the suit. After they regen at the same speed, the LBV then regens again before the suit does. If they both regenerate at the same speed, why does the LBV regen first? What is even more confusing is that your took MORE armor damage with the LBV then the 2 piece suit. Shouldn't it be the other way?

The bars reach 100% at the exact same time, and it's shown in the long guide. 10 damage every 2 seconds is the same as 15 damage every 3. To regen 60 health in 2 by 10, takes 12 seconds. To regen 60 health in 3 by 15 is 12 seconds. Multiply this out and its the same. 120 health, 10 health every 2 seconds, takes 24 seconds. 120 health, 15 health every 3 seconds, takes 24 seconds. If you get to zero health, they will reach 100% health at the exact same time. I don't know how to explain it any clearer mate, I'm sorry.

In an old post from 2016 I've found this table: Armour Armour per period Period Armour/s Suit 10 2 5 LBV 15 3 5 BV 20 4 5 HBV 25 5 5 Flak 35 6 5.83 CTV 45 7 6.42 ICTV 85 10 8.5 Going by your logic, you should bring HBV instead of LBV (assuming these values haven't changed by now), as they have the same armor/s. But on the other hand the whole point of the anarchist deck is that you armor-gate as much as possible, so technically the suit still is the best since 1 armor still armor-gates you and the regeneration period is faster by 1 second going from lbv to suit. Or am I missing something crucial lol. And yes, I know I'm late to this lol PS: Please ignore any spelling mistakes that you may find :P

just a note: while your armor may not fill up at the same speed between armors, the armor/s is what is more important to me. the ICTV has the highest at 8.5, and the 2 piece, light weight vest and normal vest have 5/s aswell. the amount scales up after that towards the peak of 8.5/s with the ICTV.

I use the full vest for 400hp, I can get shot 4 times 10second regen gets me 80 hp, but bullseye gets me 20 every 2. So I either headshot or I die. I chose the MAC for secondary to synergyse with smg skills.

@@b33croft my lmg has 84 stability adn 80 acc wich is really usefull but only 82 dmg and a threat of 8 wich makes enemies less jump away. here waht i kinda have for the stability and acc (Long barrel)(the bigger the better supresser) (no foregrip) (led combo) (solid stock)-(war torn stock also works). i dont have any booster and i use bipod because its a free upgrade with no downside and as long you use bipod acc and stability are both 100 wich is very good to take snipers out or to shot bulldozer taht far away hard into the face. i also have the skills stable shot(not aced but can be aced to gain nearly 100 acc while standing still)fire control(aced)the professional(aced wich increases stability and acc for silenced wapeons) hope you like this idea i had for my wapeon setup
