Yes but Mustard oil has about 60% monounsaturated fatty acids mufa 42% erucic acid and 12% oleic acid it has about 21% polyunsaturated fats pufa 6% the omega-3 alpha-linolenic acid ALA and 15% omega-6 linoleic acid LA and it has about 12% saturated fats.This optimum ratio of omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids and low content of saturated fats makes mustard oil more beneficial and preferred over several other oils available in the market. Sarso ka til (mustard oil) has very high amount of Erucic acid that is dangerous for human health. Mustard oil is banned in Uk

Yes However, it should be noted that the studies of heart harm used in the US was done on rats in the 1970s, and rats aren't a particularly good model for humans in this regard. More recent pig research shows that an average human isn't expected to have any ill effects until about a quarter cup of erucic acid consumed daily. Pig feed often includes the pressed seeds of other brassica that contain erucic acid So the small amounts typically used in cooking likely will not cause any ill effects. Stay healthy

The issue with mustard oil is that it has high concentrations of erucic acid in it, which studies have shown to be toxic and cause heart issues. Yes, it's delicious and it's allowed to be sold for use in food in India, but in the US, Canada, and EU at least it is not allowed to be sold for use in food due to this issue.However, it should be noted that the studies of heart harm used in the US was done on rats in the 1970s, and rats aren't a particularly good model for humans in this regard. یہ چکن کو کینسر کا سبب بھی انہی ڈاکٹروں نے مشہور کیا ہے ۔میرے خیال میں ایسی کوئی بات نہیں ۔ یہ ڈاکٹر بھی یہی چکن کھاتے ہیں اگر مفت میں ملے تو ان کو کھاتے دیکھنا!
