Gud morning yes u can use good brand mustard oil rather than refined oil.If any kind of health issues then try to have mustard oil in limited quantities.If buying from farmers then pure mustard oil is the best option The issue with mustard oil is that it has high concentrations of erucic acid in it, which studies have shown to be toxic tuo kaam quantity mein use ker sakty hain excess of everything is bad

کچھ حضرات کا کہنہ ہے کہ یہ سٹڈی چوہوں پے کی گئی تھی انسانوں پر نہیں اور اس کا مقصد صرف کینڈا کے کینولا آئل کو پرموٹ کرنا تھا چوہے اروسک ایسڈ کو ہضم نہیں کر پاتے جبکہ یہ ایسڈ اومیگا 9 انسانوں کے لئے خطر ناک نہیں اس پر سر آپ کی رائے کیا ہے

Jab desi ghee wafir available tha tu doctors roktay thay usay khanay se. Or bazar se paisay la k khreed k oil khao ka bhashan daytay thay. Ab desi ghee na paid ho gia hai or too much mehanga hai tu ab desi ghee khanay ki targeeb daynay lag gay hain. In doctors se apeal hai k ik ik mujj hamaray gharon k bahir bandh jaien. Dr sahib sepecifically aap k liay ni likh rahay yeh sab doctors or research krnay walon ko keh rahay hain ye sab. Q k aaj kal kisi bhi doctor ko sun lo woh yehi sabak perha raha hai.

Yes it's 👍 always mustard oil over refined oil. All refined oils are loaded with chemicals and should be strictly avoided. Cold pressed oils are the best kaam quantity mein koi be oil liya ja sakta hai

Dear Doctor, I live in in Sweden. Here we normally use "Rapeseed oil'. Is this oil belongs to Mustard oil family and have similar properties or it's entirely different oil? Pl guide and also put your insight on "Rapeseed oil". Thanks in advance!

My dear Patient, Belonging to the cabbage family, it's closely related to turnip and mustard oil & You can use it for frying because Rapeseed oil has a high smoke point, so That makes it a good choice for frying and the rapeseed oil has an omega-3 to omega-6 ratio of 1:2, which is considered a healthy balance of the two fats, Stay healthy .

سرسوں کے تیل میں ایروسک ایسڈ ہوتا ہے جو کے کھانا پکانے کے لئے اچھا نہیں ہوتا اس سے نکالا جائے تو اسے کنولہ آئل کہتے ہیں جس میں یہ ایروسخ ایسڈ نہیں ہوتا اور یہ کھانا پکانے کے لئے بہترین ہے۔

سر یو ٹیوب پر بہت سی وڈیوز موجود ہیں جن میں بتایا گیاہے کہ سرسوں کے تیل میں erucic acid کی مقدار بہت ذیادہ ہوتی ہے جو دل کی صحت کے لئے نقصان دہ ہے جبکہ کینولہ آئل میں امیگا 3 اور اومیگا 6 کا ریشو بڑا متناسب ہے اگر یہ کوہلو کا نکلا ہو تو

It has both omega-3 and 6 in sufficient quantity which makes it excellent for better heart health in moderation everything is okay ,So Freshly extracted mustard oil is always better than refined oil.

It’s so confusing, I have seen so many videos which recommend to use canola oil as an healthy oil, secondly for your information mustard oil is banned in USA/CANADA for human consumption due to high levels of uric acid

Keep changing ur refined oils on monthly basis . Don’t use them fr long time . Try to put minimum quantity as small tea spoon in food as they are not that good to be eaten in good amounts

Yes but Mustard oil has about 60% monounsaturated fatty acids mufa 42% erucic acid and 12% oleic acid it has about 21% polyunsaturated fats pufa 6% the omega-3 alpha-linolenic acid ALA and 15% omega-6 linoleic acid LA and it has about 12% saturated fats.This optimum ratio of omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids and low content of saturated fats makes mustard oil more beneficial and preferred over several other oils available in the market. The issue with mustard oil is that it has high concentrations of erucic acid in it, which studies have shown to be toxic and cause heart issues.
