@@zebrom7994 Dude I know, like he has the balls to say Wes Anderson sucks and he's going to praise that film (and like lighthouse was lower on the list too, and cinematic masterpiece with excellent writing, acting, visuals)? I honestly watched this video to see him rip it to fucking pieces, it's cheesy, unfunny, has shitty cgi (which he usually comments on for movies that don't look half as bad), horrible acting, horrible writing, unfunny 'cringe' video game references ect. The shot composition makes me feel physically ill, and I don't even remember the soundtrack. I think the worst part about this movie is the characters, I've never wanted to beat a main character up more than scott pilgrim, besides the protagonist from taxi driver, he's a cheating little prick with no empathy, soul or character, with his nasty heartless girlfriend. The morals in this movie make me absolutely sick, I only saw it once but I remember how it made cheating on sweet kind people not seem that bad, and like they deserved it or something. It tries to be charming and innocent like Megamind but fails, honestly one of the worst movies I've ever seen. I don't even hate that many movies, I swear I'm not overexaggerating my hate for this film, so many people recommended it to me and I tried to like it, I was uncomfortable for the entire run time and kept pausing it to see how long I had until the misery came to an end. I feel like this movie captures everything wrong with modern society, I usually like stupid fun movies like this, again Megamind, the Big Lebowski, Beavis and Butthead but this is just dogshit. Maybe you have to be drunk or high out of your mind to enjoy it or something, but I wouldn't waste the weed. Thanks for reading the essay, I just wanted to rant about this film because I never get to cause all my friends like it, so I have to play along.

Ive watched a handful of your videos today. found you on my KZbin recommendations. made it to the midway point of this video and decided to sit through the double ad that presented itself instead of skipping. your content is great. I love your appreciation to detail. for example, the lighting in westerns, most wouldn't care or even notice. it does change the whole feel of a film. I'm subn along for this ride. stay safe during this quarantine.
