Good: Ghee (high in butyrate) Butter Whey Protein Isolate (grass fed organic source) Greek/Bulgarian yogurt (cultures driving down inflammation) Honorable mention: sour cream Medium: Heavy cream (still has some inflammatory milk components) Cottage cheese (depends if it’s organic, depends whether organic milk is used, might have A1 casein) Boo: Half and half Milk

Dude you've changed my life! 4 months of keto and and adding the right minerals into my body and fasting and I am leaner and stronger then I was in my 20's! Even if I wasn't I feel so healthy and I am no longer starving myself then binging on junk food. No wonder! eating grains and sugar most of my life despite everyone telling me I have a great body and I am healthy I was so sick for 3 years of my life like every bad symptom you can think of but physically I always look good so nobody believed me. My brain never felt this sharp and quick you're amazing dude. Sorry for the long post. But thanks to you I am still learning and adding new healthy things into my regime. I've been training my whole life, but my belief system in my training and recovery and my diet was killing me combined with a lifestyle of of drinking alot after over training not getting enough sun cause I grew in Alaska which contributed to my massive depression which I have none anymore, I am living my life the way I should. Sorry for the rant! Thank you man!

man these "milks" are not dairy. Not by far. They are just nuts with water. We are talking about dairy here. Real dairy. These are just called milks because they are juicy, kind of white, and were marketed like this for people that did not tolerate, or digest easily, or like milk very much.

Full fat sour cream is typically around 18-20% butterfat so that helps. Most all real Greek yogurts are made with L. Bulgaricus and S. Thermophilus. These are standard yogurt cultures in the US. Many Greeks are also complete with the probiotics Acidophilus, Bifidus, and L. Casei. My favorite is Fage 5% plain. Read the labels and watch the carbs. cheers.

Most people are lactose intolerant because we’ve grown up drinking highly processed dairy so naturally our body’s have rejected it. Do keto for a while and slowly reintroduce the right dairy’s and you’ll be fine. Never identify with a biological mechanism.

Sour Cream and Butter. Availability is key especially when we need these in grass-fed organic natural forms. Not all of us are going to spend a fortune online to order a bottle of grass fed organic whey protein isolate.

Thomas, thanks for this free information. What can you tell us about fibrinogen, and how to prevent the liver to over produce this inflammatory protein.

Exactly. Just look at the ingredients... of possible, get unpasteurized (I can't, except for some imported cheeses.... which probably go through some kind of irradiation pasteurization anyway), stay away from the preservatives and obviously anything that says "modified".

Now that I know about A1 and A2 Casein I would love to see a video where you actually separate the most popular cheeses by those standards. Also include Keto friendly info of each cheese you compare. Thanks. P.S. I am a few month behind here but have not seen a cheese video by you yet

No my friend, not for keto, i would aslo say kefir but you dont want alot of protein, you only want a moderate amount
@cabera8
@cabera8 5 жыл бұрын
@@anthonyharley4857 Kefir has 3-6g of fats per 100ml(especially if it's made from high quality goat milk) and only 3g of protein, so you don't have to worry about that... As far as protein intake concerns, once you are in DEEP KETO, it doesn't really matter how much protein you are taking, as long you keep your carbs really low. When you practice ketosis for long enough, you can raise your protein intake (especially if you workout) and lower the amount of fats that you are eating, so your body will utilize fats from your own storage, instead from food (if you want to get leaner of course). As far as autophagy concerns, you don't have to worry either, 'cause more proteins from food (deep keto again) means that you will stay satiated for longer, therefore, fast longer without food = more autophagy occurs! But you have to grind with ketosis for some period of time in order to get there ;)
