Dude you've changed my life! 4 months of keto and and adding the right minerals into my body and fasting and I am leaner and stronger then I was in my 20's! Even if I wasn't I feel so healthy and I am no longer starving myself then binging on junk food. No wonder! eating grains and sugar most of my life despite everyone telling me I have a great body and I am healthy I was so sick for 3 years of my life like every bad symptom you can think of but physically I always look good so nobody believed me. My brain never felt this sharp and quick you're amazing dude. Sorry for the long post. But thanks to you I am still learning and adding new healthy things into my regime. I've been training my whole life, but my belief system in my training and recovery and my diet was killing me combined with a lifestyle of of drinking alot after over training not getting enough sun cause I grew in Alaska which contributed to my massive depression which I have none anymore, I am living my life the way I should. Sorry for the rant! Thank you man!

No my friend, not for keto, i would aslo say kefir but you dont want alot of protein, you only want a moderate amount
@cabera85 жыл бұрын
@@anthonyharley4857 Kefir has 3-6g of fats per 100ml(especially if it's made from high quality goat milk) and only 3g of protein, so you don't have to worry about that... As far as protein intake concerns, once you are in DEEP KETO, it doesn't really matter how much protein you are taking, as long you keep your carbs really low. When you practice ketosis for long enough, you can raise your protein intake (especially if you workout) and lower the amount of fats that you are eating, so your body will utilize fats from your own storage, instead from food (if you want to get leaner of course). As far as autophagy concerns, you don't have to worry either, 'cause more proteins from food (deep keto again) means that you will stay satiated for longer, therefore, fast longer without food = more autophagy occurs! But you have to grind with ketosis for some period of time in order to get there ;)
