She said 4am to 5am and still have fun…. What nyc times are you talking about? Parks close at sun down, mostly bums and reckless people are out and everything is closed now after 2am… So nothing is fun at night in nyc to be honest. It’s just dangerous and empty

The facts are the lowest education ranking and highest poverty ranking occurs in the South and all across to the Midwest. You produce nothing but want our tax dollars.
