Happy Anniversary guys 💘 celebrating in the sky. For your next pizza 🍕 base try the recipe YODO. It's 1 1/2 cups of SR flour mixed with 1 cup of natural greek yoghurt ( or dairy free natural yoghurt ) plus one tablespoon of olive oil. Mix it all together and knead for a bit. No rising just use it , flatten it out with your fingers to the desired thickness. You can also cook it in a pan with a little oil and make naan bread. I add spices , garlic , olives and sundried tomatoes to the mix but use whatever you like. Cook on both sides ... YUMMO !!!

Another great video! What a clever lad Nigel is; flying that chopper. That destruction of that mountain is a shock! For the pizza , when it’s almost ready, take it off the pan and put it on the thingamy that slides into the oven for a few minutes. That will crisp it up. Yummo!!

Happy anniversary! Tried to leave Pizza suggestions a few day ago but seem to have issues. For thin pizza do not let it rise as much. We generally do thicker ones. This is a good recipe for oven or on grill.

I’m a bit late watching and commenting. Excellent video. I think I feel the same as you Sue about the mine. I have seen a large open cut mine when I was travelling with my parents, as a child. In Queenstown Tasmania. Not as big as Newman but it was still very big. Not iron ore either. I can’t remember what it was now. I could google it. But the mine, I think the processing part killed off all the vegetation on the surrounding hills so it was very bare. It’s not like that any more though. I can imagine the helicopter ride would have been a very memorable occasion. Happy Anniversary to you both, all be it quite belated. 🎉🤗💖

Yes! Local government areas are called Shires. East Pilbara shire is 372000 km2. For comparison, the UK is 243000km2 Crazy huh?
