That’s so cool! I was born in Guatemala, but raised in America. I don’t remember much, I left when I was super young. But I’ve always wanted to some day return. Your videos make me want to go so bad. What beautiful spots:)

the third coffee bar was our favorite as well and the Burritos there were excellent. We spent our daily breakfast there. I loved the coffee. It was near the Toku Baru - indian Restaurant. The l‘osteria was that right next to the good hotel?

@@DreamyTravelStory good hotel was our hotel for the first 4 nights an we had a beautiful Suite for a really good and not expensive price. I can recommend you the mezcal bar in Antigua and of course the Toku Baru 😉 How often do you both traveled to guatemala already? Our plan was to travel the second time there in Summer 2020 but was sadly not possible. We hope for the end of this year or a bit earlier

We would love to stay at Good Hotel. We were staying in an Airbnb last time which was very affordable 🙂 Giorgio was born in Guatemala, but he grew up in Italy. He went back to Guatemala almost 20 years ago and then we went together 2019/2020. That was my first time there and I fell in love. Hopefully we can go back in 2022. I hope you will be able to travel there this year! 💙

Not a coffee drinker but these places look quaint and nice food. What is their language like if these are off the tourist path and one doesnt speak Spanish

Yes, these places are great even if you are not a coffee lover! All of these cafes are in Antigua, which is the most touristy place in Guatemala. In some of them English works fine, some of them have English menus. If you don't speak Spanish and they don't speak English we would suggest to use a translation app!

Haha, yes we had this idea to use elements from our Dreamy Travel Story theme in the video. Or actually it was my idea but Giorgio made it. We are using different editing softwares so usually his videos has more cool effects than mine. We loooove to do a lot of research when it comes to finding colourful or uniqe cafes ☕

It's really hard for us to choose our favourite cafe. The cafe we have visited most is cafe number 1, Cafe Boheme but we love all of them. And we agree, it almost look like a doll house 😊

I love how colourful and cheerful the first café is. Definitely a cute spot. But I also love the decor of the book café. Guatejava is such a creative name for a café. I'd like to try the spicy coffee. The food you had at the 6th one looked so good, and I'm not vegan but the 7th cafe looked yummy too. The treats in the car at the end caught my attention. How many days did it take to visit all these cafés?

We stayed in Antigua for more than a month, and some of the cafes we went to several times ☕ We really loved the beautiful details in many of the cafés. It makes it so much more nice and we spent many hours in some of them ❤️
