That tip you gave about Aphelios R being able to be used during weapon swapping is the single most important thing I've ever learned about the champ and I have seen it in no guides for him.

It's not the most important thing, but it does enable a ton of SUPER cool combos, and always catches the enemies by surprise since it allows you to immediately ult with a weapon you weren't holding. My favourite is purple Q -> white R. That one can only be done with the green-blue rotation. With the standard rotation, purple Q -> red R is still very effective at catching enemies off-guard in a 1v1, or help you stay alive in a clutch fight. And even without the root, blue AA-Q -> white R is still super sick, does a ton of damage, and is still easy to land if the opponent is fighting you.

kinda confused how the auto reset works could you or anyone explain that a little better and how to do it?

Calibrum marks always let you auto immediately regardless of how recently you auto'd. So if you land an auto-attack right before green Q lands, you can instantly reset it with another auto. In practice, doing this requires you to be at max-medium AA distance (closer distances only work with more attack speed) in Calibrum, then press Q and mash right click (or attack move). The right click mashing will get you a fast auto after Q, and then auto off of the green mark as soon as its available, resulting in a very fast Q-AA-AA combo. This same mechanic also extends to comboing green marks together without using regular autos. If you have a green mark on someone (from green ult or your off-hand ability), you can fire green Q, auto-attack with the pre-existing green mark right as the green Q is about to land, then auto-attack again with the new green mark, which also results in a fast Q-AA-AA combo (but with more damage since every auto is a mark auto). My upcoming Aphelios guide will cover all of this and more, I hope for it to be done about a month from now!

While Hwei is a thing they should really consider making aphelios like that too, it would require WAY MORE skill to manage all weapons at the same time with different buttons pressed (time to include E into play) but it would be in such a better position overall for those who actually invest time to him to be able to choose your weapons at will. About ammo refilling they could also implement a timer or a certain amount of different weapons' ammo to be used so that you can another weapon again, so that no weapon is abused. But at late game it would make things so much more free and the combos would always belong in the "wtf area".

I think Aphelios's design is extremely fulfilling as it is and they don't need to change him. Hwei is different because he's a spellcaster, Aphelios is combo-based but still an ADC with high reliance on autos, the switching of 5 different 'forms' with unique auto-attack properties fits him way better than having 25 instantly accessible abilities would, which makes more sense for a mage. There's no need to turn him into Hwei when his current design fits an ADC way better than Hwei's design does.

you should focus on farm and not die, also build into items that can give you help and self peeling in fights (even if you lose overall damage you will have more chance to survive in fights)
