Hi Silvia, it depends on many factors. If the property is only for investment purposes, we recommend splitting that 500k€ into 2 properties for higher ROI. In that case we would be taking about of an EBITDA (ROI before taxes) of around 7-10%. If you only purchase one property worth 500k€ then it would be a lower ROI, around 4-6%.
