awesome and very handy guide, like all the other guides so far! this is definetely something I needed to know. will absolutely play around with the attachment more and im a bit embarrased that I havent put any attachment really so far on my gear or tools or weapons... yikes... better start right now then I guess :D. so much to do in the game that it is easy to forget which also makes the attachment even more helpful cause of less "grind" with better yield... need to get that bone yield thing on the knife.. as bones in general if you arent playing on prometheus with miasmic tools, they are very handy and needed for the epoxy :D. probably have to check this guide and the guide for the mount a few more times to look back at when putting the skills and attachments :). and I really love that mansion, looks dope! plus that song in the end is very impressive and good too!

for a question, but with all the attachment there is, do you think its worth spending any talents on firearms ( dmg/reloadspeed) ? except the one you need to be able to unlock the "freebie" talent? as those attachment and foodbuffs help alot with dmg, critical dmg & reload speed. im debating a bit for a new character as thats cheaper way than to re-spec current one

@johnnyn287 it's up to you.. guns are powerful, and they will be adding assault rifles later and better guns.. guns break easily cuz they don't have a lot of durability and ammo is expensive so gun talents are worth it if you want a gunner build

you can use whatever armor you like, i personally like the bone armor for the set bonus.

@@maxstr advanced silencer attachment for rifles combined with crispy bacon and 4 projectiles food buffs... do massive damage. I didn't even have a single point in gun talents

i was testing stealth damage multiplier and crit damage. Stealth damage did more damage overall. The advanced Silencer attachment gives +40% stealth damage, whereas the advanced sniper scope attachment gave +35% crit damage. Advanced Silencer Attachment > Advanced Sniper Scope Attachment is better in terms of Stealth damage, is only better if you can get the initial stealth critical. but if you can't kill the creature in the first shot then swap to a different rifle with the advanced sniper scope attachment.
