I love how you both are just enjoying life as you do this video. It says a lot about how Upscale Audio is a wonderful place not to just shop but work. Awesome video!

I bought the Fyne's in Walnut, with the raw SolidSteel stands, thank you Chris at Upscale! These little speakers sound simply incredible. They do need to break in, which can be a bit frustrating. I was ready to return mine and then the following day they opened up. Now, they sound better and better by the day. These speakers sound HUGE! Bigger than my Zu DW6 Supremes, which are now in my bedroom. Hats off to Upscale Audio and Fyne!

100 % true I did listen to all the speakers and I have the same impression 🎉 My favorite are the fyne audio than the JBL but there is one which satisfy me more and in my eyes the best ever is 🤔 the Piega 411

You bring up the Piega Coax 411. As I own the Piega Classic 3.0, I would like your opinion as to whether the Fyne Audio F500SP would be an upgrade over the Piega Classic 3.0?
@stephannordmann534622 күн бұрын
I don't know the 3.0 Piega but the Fyne Audio is a total different sound and if you want to hear more dynamic and sound I would upgrade to Mofi sourcepoint 8.0 this model of Fyne AUDIO is not my sound. If I recommend a Fyne Audio it would be the F1. 5 or the F 1.8 but over all I am back to dynamic sound and fun 👍

That speaker looks like it could take out Bane and end The Dark Knight Rises in the first 10 minutes! Are those speakers hanging outside the Batwing like in Apocalypse Now? Just wondering...

Nothing from kef, i have some ls50w2 and 2 subs and they are pretty epic, not exactly under 3k for the whole setup

Assume these are speakers available from dealers. No direct from manufacturer like Ascend or Philharmonic which are both excellent.

KLH Model three should be on this list.

We love this speaker! But technically it comes with a stand so it’s not a bookshelf

The Fyne Audio looks like a slender sub woofer. Sourpoint 8 is more accurate in the treble than the SP 10.

We love focal and listed them on our favorite speakers for under $5,000! It’s always hard when we only have three slots to include everything we love

Guys, ditch the bookshelves and buy floor standers. Throw other crap way in your house but ain’t nothing like that big boys. Save up and buy the 888 speaker 🔊 and thank me later 😊

Then you're also inviting additional bass problems. I am a fan of floorstanders but the standing waves are difficult to flatten and you typically end up in less than ideal situations. For many it's best to save money on bookshelves and get proper subwoofers which will produce better results.

I do have floor standing speakers now! I just started my hifi journey with bookshelves when I still lived at my parents!

@@upscaleaudio It is a balancing act. I like the little REL T-Zero subs for music, they do a fantastic job, much better than larger sealed subs.
