Good Day Sir, I try to use NCV METER FOR MY CAR, and testing it. I didn't turn on the car and detect my car of live electricty. Is it safe?

This multimeter does not have a NCV feature. You mean the LIVE test? Your car battery will show voltage when the car is off. It’s 12 volts DC,which is low risk.

Help! I'm not a typical woman but I'm terrified of electricity! I am not sure I understand title vs review. I need to test fuses and fan motors etc in my car. But if I can get one that does cars AND electronics would be great! ie computers etc just to test out before replacing. Does this do BOTH? I like the smart idea cuz I'd forget to change it and am not looking for something expensive.
