I bought a 7500 years ago. As a homeowner with a 3000 sf lawn, it’s total overkill and I don’t care. I’d had enough with all those Home Depot junk blowers. I’m a Redmax fan for life, which is probably about how long i’ll own mine. 👍. Keep on keeping on Paul.

I've got a small yard and am planning to get the 7500 next month. I've considered them all, BR600, PB770T, and I think the 7500 checks all the boxes. No need for anything bigger, and the 7500 will be overkill, and that's fine.

Over time using the Zenoah 8550, I added both a waist and chest strap. I find to advantage. Love the left hand control as well that flips down. I took out the screen under the muffler cover plate that has the holes in it. The screen is real fine mesh, so I like to think that the engine breathes better without it and maybe runs cooler. Just like I've done with my chainsaws, my part of the world has no regulation about not removing the screens.
@f9qo3 жыл бұрын
Good video, thanks. No Redmax where I reside in Asia, I buy Zenoah (same company). I recently purchased their 33cc brush cutter, maybe not available in the states. I love the power and with a good harness, not the cheapo one that came with it, the added weight isn`t a big concern. Interestingly it has a float carburetor, and the way they get around the potential problem of the float not being level if you tilt the engine, is by having the shaft down to the cutter rotate independently from the engine, so the engine stays pretty much in fixed position. You also aren`t dealing with the weight of the engine when you twist the shaft. Very innovative I think, and the float carburetor gives very smooth performance without the need for any adjustment.
