I have a few 360 games that I wanna play but I have the disc version of them but whenever I put one into the series x nothing happens and that’s what I’m trying figure out if gameplay only work for digital copies or disc copies

If the Xbox 360 disc already works in the Xbox One then it should work with the Series X and S. If it wasn’t already BC then it won’t be either now until they update the BC list

Since I juggle between all consoles and primarily play third-party games on Xbox, I have a ridiculous backlog of games to play, which is why I am absolutely excited to be able to take all my games with me to the Series X and experience lots of them for the first time and for the better. Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order being a great example since I've heard that it had terrible frame issues which are non-existent on Series X, so I'm definitely glad I've waited before playing it yet. I just replayed Red Dead Redemption on my Xbox One X and I can't wait to start Red Dead Redemption II on Series X with its reduced load times. I'm definitely gonna replay the Batman: Arkham and Tomb Raider trilogies on Series X since they've been some of my favorite franchises in recent times. Resident Evil 2 is a must play as well and I haven't played Borderlands 3 and Assassin's Creed: Origins yet, which I've been highly anticipating. People like to laugh at Xbox for not having games, which is untrue and definitely not gonna be the case in a good 2 years, but backwards compatibility is not to be understated and honestly, the biggest selling point for me with how much Xbox has done with it. I have plenty of games to play on Series X, even long after any true next-gen titles and exclusives start popping up, so I'm definitely not worried about "lack of games."

@joeortiz5177 Eh, it still rings true for me. Yeah, they haven't gotten the ball rolling with exclusives yet, and while it's kinda a joke at this point saying wait another year for Xbox, I think it's been long enough since those initial announcements and acquisitions that they should definitely have a much more steady stream of games by next year now that prior commitments have been fulfilled and these games have actually had time to cook. Regardless, I'm still behind on my backlog and have tons to play on my Xbox. That hasn't changed and I still have stuff on Switch, PS5, and previous gen consoles to play. So I'm not exactly starved for something to play on Xbox. But it's definitely not a good look for them as a whole.

I’m not even a big racing guy, but ever since I got game pass, I can’t get off Horizon 4, absolutely love it, favourite racing game of all time, even bought the ultimate edition, add on! Eliminator is a nice touch for a battle Royale! Love hunting for achievements! I’m addicted 😂🤣

I just want to know when or if the OG Xbox games that are only BC to the Xbox 360. Will make the jump to the next gen. There are some bangers on that catalog. Such as Stubbs the Zombie, Scarface, Predator, MvC2, Hulk Ultimate Destruction, Max Payne, Manhunt, NFL 2K5, the Punisher etc etc.

I grow up with Nintendo and Playstation but tomorrow I’ll get my first Xbox (Series X). It will be a nice addition next to my Nintendo Switch and Playstation 5. Does anyone know why a game might not install to Xbox one x… I got a game that says… Xbox series x • Xbox one , and the console is having a time at spinning the disk stopping and not installing. However I got another game there that has the same thing on the case although it says Xbox one • Xbox series x and that installed just fine.

Series S still has many benefits over the One X. If you can buy it though, I recommend the Series X more but the S is still an excellent console

Main difference between the Series S and Series X will be the resolution on games, quality of the assets used etc 👍🏻

@@bdraidian6280 Dont go with series s if you have a one x. It has a tiny HD and some games dont run better because they dont use the one X version of the game. Just purchase a series x to make the upgrade worthwhile. There is little doubt youll be regretting a series s upgrade from one x.

U forgot Nier Automata., It has the best story and soundtrack from the last generation. The gameplay is amazing and the Graphics can on occasion look very beautiful. Also, A Plague Tale deserves at least an honorable mention considering it was made by a small indie studio with graphics that are better than 95% of triple-A studios. Happy to see Prey was not forgotten in the list
