Great video. I've never fished that lake but have heard about it over the years. Living only 10 miles from Don Pedro, New Melonies and Tullock it's hard to justify the 4 hour drive to HVL but you inspire me to try it. Thx for the video.

Rookie angler here. (Started bass fishing back in Feb 2023). I have this on lakes I want to fish. I’ve gone to Clearlake and other fisheries further up north. I heard it’s a private lake, so I just never bothered.

It is private and only for residents of HVL. Have you’ve fished lake Mendocino yet? If not you should.
