The benefit of MDS is that you can become a specialist in one particular field which can help you with consultations, academics, PhD, Senior Resident posts and much more. Ultimately, you can completely rely upon BDS only but yes MDS can give you major benefits in the future.

Hello, The most important ones that you must read in your first year : 1. BD Chaurasia- General Anatomy 2. BD Chaurasia- Head and Neck Rest of the two books i.e, your upper limb and lower limb is suppose to be read not in too much detail only the overview.

Hey there 👋 Which year are you in ? The only difference between a weak and a brilliant students is hard work with smart work. Does the subject interest you that is the biggest question to be asked. If you like the subjects and the curriculum you will definitely do good. And if you are just starting your journey or in the initial years then wait till the final year you will definitely love the subjects and the whole clinical postings.

The exams are going to be annual with 2 terminal exams and 1 pre professional exam right before the final professional exams. The pattern is same all over India and every college follows this.
