I have used shampoos with c14-16 olefin sulfonate. From my personal experience (and many many people concur on the internet that) it is even worse than even SLS. It's very harsh and drying. Does foam and clean well. Rather too well. But I'd tread lightly with my usage expecting it to be mild.
