Hi Ben, informative video as always! What exercises/weights from this video would you suggest for an arm with a detached long-head tendon on the bicep? Better to use less weight/more reps?

It's always difficult to suggest exercises for injuries etc without seeing the injury or doctors notes in person. If you have been cleared for activities then weights should have no difference than daily activities. Maybe start light with a few reps and a shorter range of motion, then increase your reps and range of motion over time. Making sure you get plenty of rest between (only perform 1-2 times per week) then when you feel like you can increase the weight you can. Just be slow and controlled and stop if you need too
