Yeah cuz he's on juice. Your body can recover a lot faster from failure sets if you're taking steroids. If you often push yourself to failure as a natty lifter you won't recover fast enough to get optimum muscle growth

@@kamalmohammed2671 yeah I don't think there is anything wrong with that and I'd agree that most of them are on stuff. However, prescribing a program for a natty audience with intensity intended for a non natty lifter shouldn't be done in my opinion

watching people fully extend their elbows while doing bicep curls just brings me so much joy. I’m yet to see a a single person at my gym do anything bicep related with proper form.

Until you damage your joints, that is. Full extension is harmful for the vast majority of the nats.

Dude, the way you end each short, seamlessly blending into the beginning, is perfection. I had to watch it three times to make sure I didn’t miss something. You edit with intention and it hasn’t gone unnoticed. Very well done. Great information as well of course.

Amazing video. I love how you accurately described how to do the exercises and the footage is top quality. Only thing I can think of to add to these videos is to mention/show exactly where the exercise works. So In this case exactly which part of the bicep. It may be hard to incorporate all that info in a short tho 😅. Again, great work

After seeing this, deciding to try these and having been stubborn against it… the incline DB curl is the most sore I’ve ever felt my biceps during a workout. They are killer and now an instant staple. Best bicep workout hands down 🔥

Love the content. After months of working out, in my late 40's, after 20 years of not working out, with only dumbbells, and worrying about how effective it's going to be, and how important it is to actually maximize every movement, I can tell everyone reading this that doing ANYTHING with weights is going to make your life better. I am in the best shape I've ever been in. Muscle destroys fat. DO FUCKING SOMETHING! Do as little as possible, but do something. Lift weights, get into shape, it's fucking important! Make lifting weights part of your life, it will solve your problems.

I absolutely love this workout set it gives you everything you need for a bicep pump workout I try and repeat this set at least three to four times and I have an amazing pump behind it thanks a lot 💪🏿💪🏿

Always lift heavy. Diet will dictate how you look. 80% is diet for aesthetics. Without good diet it’s like trying to build a house without lumber. Good work, good content, I am subscribed.

Hitting the biceps several times a week stimulating them like the vid will connect you to that contraction and you’ll see progress. I don’t think many understand they sometimes need extra attention. Careful - don’t create tendinitis like I did.

0:20 inclined dumbbells absolutely KILLS me. I dont even know specifically why its such an intense bicep workout for me personally. I think its the fuller range of motion or back is braced from moving IDK, but positioning back like this with elbows further back is a fucking intense bicep workout and pump just on its own.
