I started my meditation before hand, about a 5 min of pre breathing meditation, then I lied down, keeping my breathing very slow, I started to focus on the audio (eyes closed the whole time) the audio got louder and louder until it turned into one solid tone, I began to focus on my breathing more and more, making sure to keep my heart rate low, I focused and assessed the feeling around my body, I would think about a body part and try to feel it in my mind without looking. And I made a small map of my body in my mind (it sounds stupid but, I don’t meditate as much as I should, I kept focusing and breathing, then my body felt a buzz, it started in my knees and went down to my feet and then came throughout my whole body, my body felt as a whole, not just different parts, but a single part In a whole. Anyways my heart started to beat faster, and harder, and I can feel it but I also couldn’t feel it, I knew it was happening but my body was numb, and then while the tone began to get louder, I heart trees start to tussle, but a constant whoosh, and then I started to not feel my body at all, as it was buzzing more and more, while the tone got louder and louder, and the trees grew louder and louder, but I phyched myself out and opened my eyes, I was nervous, I don’t think I’ve been able to reach that close before, note this is my first time being high and meditating, so, wild results, if anyone can help me, maybe pointers or what, will be helpful:) I’m still high so I’m hoping to god while writing this I don’t sound stupid haha

With personal interpretations and applying background knowledge of spiritual tones, you experienced conscious elevation of spirit. Or in english, your spirit was lifting out of body -- leads to astral projection. The fuzziness or buzz feeling (bloating for me) is spirit desyncing from body. While very fun to practice and eventually attain conscious projection of spirit, it is also dangerous if unacknowledged of what you are doing.

This usually works for me when I need to fall back asleep, it even gives me fantastical dreams.. maybe 10 minutes in and I fall asleep. for some reason I'm not quite sure of for the last 2 times I've used this. I end up lucid dreaming and end up having a nightmare. And it's always about the same thing. It takes a while for me to force myself awake .. anyway to anyone having difficulty sleeping, this works but careful if you are prone to having nightmares.

Defintely will be using these 6 videos for sleep. The Very Deep Sleep put me very deep , as it said, and when this video got half way, I woke up from having to go to the BR, I realized i was out for three hours...It didnt seem like it. So one 2 hour video and half of this one. Most of that time i was dreaming, and I can still remember most of them, and they were pretty vivid. I have 3M WorkTunes Connect Bluetooth Earmuffs, and I added, gels and sheepskin fur for Super comfort... so I had headphones, and hearing protection ( plus furry earnuffs, thank God is cool enough inside) all in one. I'm gonna finished this one out and make a playlist. Hope you will make more videos with just binaural beats and no music... maybe a little brown noise and water though. Thanks so much.

Do these guys ever play live?
@davidalanjonesridge98742 жыл бұрын
Performed live would defeat the purpose of anything that is binaural in nature. If this was ever performed "live" as you are suggesting, the venue would loose money on the concessions for the audience would be more than just on the nods. Heads would be wresting on the table: not eating or drinking.
@kriddz2 жыл бұрын
@@davidalanjonesridge9874 what about if it was performed as a stripped down acoustic version of it?
@davidalanjonesridge98742 жыл бұрын
@@kriddz This still would not work for binaurals are for the most part meant to be listened to in private with an headset on and laying on a bed. Also binaurals can be used as meditation aids without any distractions. As I see it, about the only public place that binaurals would work in would be in a "Yoga Studio". And, briefly without getting way to technical, allegedly and psychologically, the several frequencies in binaurals affect not only mindset but also behavior, positive and negative, therefore the hypnotic influence.

@@davidalanjonesridge9874 what about a group harmony acapella gospel style?
@davidalanjonesridge98742 жыл бұрын
@@kriddz Here again, binaural is for privacy with an headset on laying on a couch or a bed. Yet, with a slight chuckle on my part and I'll play your mind game for awhile with no disrespect intended, this reply is even worse for with gospel especially with acapella there is the need for words composed to honor The Lord Jesus Christ and the Christian life. Then those words still have to be scored for the melody. That is one of the things I like binaural is for the most part no words. Along with Trance, Psi-trance, House, and many others. Then there is going all the way back to the old days of MOOG synthesized, and with the old RCA quadraphonic Tomita's "Pictures at an Exhibition", especially "The Ballet of the Chicks in Their Shell". Each instrument is "recorded" separately then the whole production still has to be keyboarded for the manufacturing process. Not like any contemporary DJ production.

I have fear of the dark too… only way i can protect myself from it, is to learn to feel the love that is within my heart. Feel the love inside of you, think of people you love. The fear is then replaced by love and you will be in a better place in your mind and soul. Push hars to overcome the fear. It‘s not easy sometimes but you really have to tune yourself into a loving state of mind. Take control of your feelings ! ❤ hold onto a teddy bear or blanket if it helps.
