One of my sisters died at 9, after 4yrs fighting Leukaemia ....my other sister died from a heart defect (just before having surgery to fix it, from poor management in a hospital, after her doctor had saved her for 16 yrs, and they had now invented the artificial heart valve, and she was to be cured 😢) she was just 17... I'm 62 now, my mum and dad have both gone now in their (mid 80s).. my girls are grown, married and gone...its just me and my husband, it seems such a small family group now 😢😢

I’m 72. I lost my daughter when she was 44, 8 years ago. Her father died at 49. I wasn’t glad to continue to live. I am now glad I’m still here with my family.

Patti's demeanor and endless kindness are always a welcomed plus to any day. Although I never thought Patti was less than truthful it's difficult to believe she is 80. She has a timeless beauty and an amazing inner beauty that is beyond comparison. Patti is definitely the Total Package! (Yesterday I discovered someone had broken into my home. I was sitting here thinking about my missing belongings when I saw Patti's video. I realized I needed to be thankful I wasn't on-site when they drilled through all my deadbolt locks, smashed windows and destroyed numerous items they didn't steal. This video helped me find some peace and I appreciate that that bit of comfort. I also realized I need to move. After learning about Patti and her husband's recent move I believe I have one more move in me. I will be 73 this month. Patti's inspiration knows no boundaries! )

What I really like about Patti is that she is inspirational inside and out. She has wisdom and class and is also physically beautiful naturally without having gone the plastic surgery route. So many older influencers have had facelifts that its hard to find naturally beautiful older women. Happy, Happy birthday, Patti! I've been subscribed a long time and watch every video. At 78, I completed life-long dream and had my novel published and available on Amazon. Reaching 80 ( I am 82) stunned me for a while. I didn't feel any different inside, my health was good, and I didn't look my age. However, 80 was somehow a true milestone. I lost so many precious people in my life during these last 2 years, and daily gratitude has become a part of my being. I still love beauty, makeup, fashion, the arts. Nothing inside has changed, but I am more careful with myself, put banisters on my front and back stairs and remind myself to slow down when needed. Each day is precious. You will remain your beautiful, charming, kind self and continue to be an inspiration to many. Love you.❤

I will be 77 soon and when you read Margaret's affirmation cards, I touched my face and thought I'm lucky to have made it this far. So many younger people don't make it to this age. We've seen so much, and all our experiences tell a story. It's important to make the most of each day. Happy birthday Patti! I too have reached a milestone in July. I just turned 70. Sometimes it seems impossible but I am grateful for the good life I have. I think you are wise to say life is what we choose to make it. Those we love are most important of all and kindness is a big part of that. Happy Birthday Patti. You are such a beautiful woman in every way. I have been watching you for about a year and always enjoy your words of wisdom and the love you project always comes through the screen and into my heart. I just turned 79 and my life changed drastically last year when I was diagnosed with cancer. I have come to realize what is important and the things that I can now place in my past. My Dad used to say that without our health we have nothing. I am still not sure that was a true statement, but the person that I was left me that day and I have struggled ever since to regain my balance. I understand completely what it's like to age, but I think we can accept aging better if only we can keep our health. I think a box of Margaret's cards may perhaps help along the way. Happy Birthday youngin! I just discovered you about a month ago and boy do I wish I had 11 years ago! I am only 63 and have aged so much over the past 16 years. My son passed away in 2007, just after turning 20, and it immediately added 10 years to my look and feel😢 I never wore much makeup and pretty much quit wearing it because I cried all the time. About 8 years ago or so, I quit coloring my hair and am fully white haired now. I've finally accepted the white hair and kind of like it now. My personality has come back for the most part, but there is no reversing my wrinkles. I still feel younger than my age, but it could be much better! Love your attitude and beauty both inside and out! ❤ Oh, almost forgot, I would love to enter your giveaway 😊

I related to your comment. Iost my baby son at 14 months old. . I was 8 months pregnant with my youngest daughter at the time. I was ony 22. I'm 79. I still cry at least once a week. It changes you. I am not a depressed person, and am always laughing or enjoying life, but there's those moments alone. Bless you and people like Patty who always makes me feel good.
