I've been obsessed with Naturium's Glow Getter Multi-Oil Hydrating Body Wash ever since I discovered it last summer. It's the only body wash that leaves my skin soft and smooth enough that I don't feel the need to apply lotion after showering (but I do anyway because it rubs the lotion on its skin or else it gets the hose again). Use an infrared light therapy bulb or rectangular unit for thirty minutes a day on the afflicted area (s). Take vitamin c, a and e daily. Also use a retinol cream once daily. Do daily aerobic exercise to stimulate blood flow. Always wear a good uva/uvb sunblock. Finally take a high quality collagen supplement daily. All these measures will keep the skin all over your body looking and feeling your best healthiest and youngest.

I'd do lasers to lessen them. See a laser dermatologist. Someone who specializes in lasers, not your local med spa. Stretch marks can be caused by a lack of a certain amino acid (leucine I believe).

It can be scary to DIY but a lot of people with stretch marks have fixed them with dermarolling. Otherwise yeah lasers are your best but expensive option

When I have HS flair up, nothing helps, nothing! 😢 I can go through up to 11 surgeries during a two-three month flairup, and only then it becomes less unbearable for a while. But thanks for advising things every time, it’s worth trying, even for post-surgery care ❤❤

I do not use any brightening substances such as niacinamide, arbutin, or lactic acid, because they can lighten spots and have some kind of effect on melanin. Have you you looked up "Ichthyosis vulgaris" Dr Dray has an older video on it. One of her recommendations is using salicylic acid wash/lotion like the one she mentions in this video. I've also seen doctors recommend wrapping legs with a layer of vaseline over night + socks.
