I love APLB! I am using their glutathione eye cream right now, tranexamic acid serum and I have like 4 more serums to try also 3 ccreams and some are on the way from Stylevana. Excited to try their toner pads which costs like 7 euro? Crazy! Such an interesting brand! They are having sales so perfect time to try. Isntree clay mask is on my list but have been using beauty of joseon rice clay mask which is really nice too 🥰

I lol'd when I heard "you're not going to be sanding away at your skin" when referring to an exfoliating product. That's exactly what it felt like with some masks from the past.

Why are other countries banning ingredients that the US widely uses? Are they all wrong and we are right?

Good morning from California Dr. Dray😊....I love this video. I wore the first mask last night! (They sell a box of 24 at Costco)!!! I love them. I am going to order these others to try now. I think your skin has been extra amazing since you started on Korean skincare. Thanks for sharing some of your favorites!!! Happy Friday! 🎉

Those masks are all hype to me. The hydration only lasts a few hours after taking down. Not worth it to me.

I'm sad everyone thinks they are an expert now. Check your sources. You do not know more than people that dedicate their education and career to that topic just because you heard someone say something in a tiktok or on a podcast. Listen to experts in whatever field you're researching, not some expert in an unrelated field trying to sell something, and definitely not some unqualified influencer. Your can not tell what is 'truth' just by vibes and 10 minutes of googling!!!! The world is complicated and actual experts will be honest about that and won't try to scare you or make definitive statements with no evidence. I'm losing faith in humanities future.

Thanks for the recommendation!! I’ve started shopping on Stylevana, but honestly, I haven’t had the best experience. My first order last month took 3 weeks to ship to California 🥲. After getting it, I placed another order in mid-November, but it’s been 10+ days with no updates. I finally reached out, and they told me one of the items won’t be in stock until December...

A few more k-beauty suggestions for you. Medi-peel has a neck cream, collagen naite thread neck cream. It has those threads that some folks like in their products (it does have fragrance). As for masks, there's the Medicube collagen night wrapping mask. It goes on like the Abib and you let it dry down before going to bed. Another BOJ clay mask is the ground rice and honey glow mask.

Hey Dr. Dray, could you do a video on 1x vs 2x per day on ones skincare routine? Does it double the effects or is the net benefit not as linear, especially for sensitive skin?
@jmuskan6752 сағат бұрын
So basically peptides just hydrate the skin and have plumping effect but does not have anti wrinkle and does help in collagen formulation....can we get the effect from moisturizer

Just switched from Retinol to Retinal (before eventually moving to Tretinoin in a few months). Low and slow really is causing LESS sensitivity and a bit of a purge…but neither are bad. The Retinol I used before this caused me no problems even at 1%. Except once…the day I din’t use a snail mucin “sandwich” (Essence and Peptides then retinaldehyde product, then moisturizer and maybe a thicker one occasionally…more because of winter). I don’t know what witchcraft blood magic those snails are working…but the product is incredible at helping with irritation due to remind/retinal (and, I think, keeping the purge and irritation at more of a minimum). While there are a few pimples and redness…the skin around and below looks so good! I wish I’d started at least a decade ago! The Snail Mucin with Niacinimide from COSRX has cleared my 13 year old nieces acne by 95%. My sister, mom, cousin, and best friend swear by the products too. (I give it as gifts).

Skin1004 in the thumbnail. I've recently bought their sunscreen. Used it for the first time today. The texture seems okay, I think it may be better for Summers, texture wise, my skin is a bit drier these days. It made my skin sting a bit for the first few minutes of application. I wonder how I'll feel about it after using it for a few more days. I hope I can like it. It's quite pricey here! 🐇
