I read A Good Girl’s Guide to Murder because I saw it on your channel and it ended up being one of my faves of the year. I also really enjoyed The House in the Cerulean Sea and the Daevabad Trilogy was definitely one of my fave reads in 2020. I’m also reading The Final Empire at the moment because I’ve seen so many people on BookTube rave about Sanderson.

I read Pet because you seemed so hyped about it and I loved it. It was in my top 10 favorite books of 2020 too. I started 2021 with Death Of Vivek Oji and I found a new favorite author because of your recommendation. So Thank you 😊

I reread a lot of old favorites in 2020, because that just what I needed last year... about 1/3 of my reading in 2020 was rereads. Books overall definitely helped me get through last year. I also read some great new (to me) books! My favorite books that I read for the first time in 2020 were All Systems Red by Martha Wells (the whole Murderbot Diaries series, really... I read all 5 books this year and gave each of them 5 stars!) and What I Talk About When I Talk About Running by Haruki Murakami, which I have gifted to three people already and the ones who have read it also enjoyed it!

Piranesi in 4th place. 😊 You've definitely made me want to read Pet by now, and start my copy of Rage of Dragons sooner than planned, and I want to read And Then There Were None in that beautiful edition you keep showing! 😃

My favourite three books this year could just be the whole Fitz and the Fool trilogy! Honestly Codie, you have so much to look forward to in Hobb's books. I've never had a reading experience like it. I would be interested in hearing you talk about about Hobb and Sanderson together and what you like about each author. I haven't read Sanderson yet but I think he will be the next fantasy author I go to.

And Then There Were None was my first Agatha Christie book last year. I thought I had figured it out and was patting myself on the back until there was like an epilogue and I was like no way! I had suspected that person too, but, well, what a twist! I am looking to pick up more by Agatha, but am intrigued to pick up Terry Pratchett and his 42 books in Discworld. I just started watching The Watch on BBC and wondered if it was a book...lol...42 books of interconnected worlds. My top 3 of 2020 are: #3 is An Unkindness of Ghosts by Rivers Solomon #2 is Reflection by Elizabeth Lim And.... #1 is City of Brass by S.A. Chakraborty I need to read the Kingdom of Copper to find out what happens, such an epic debut.

My favourite book of 2020 is The Invisible Life of Addie LaRue. Also I need to start the Stormlight Archives but probably won't be starting it until I finish the Mistborn series. If you're looking for another Agatha Christie to read, I recommend Murder on the Orient Express. It's a bit different from And Then There Were None but it's entertaining and the end is just shocking! Crooked House is really good too, if you're not a fan of Poirot.

I actually read Gideon twice last year, second time on audible and the narrator is amazing, and I'm listening to Harrow again now

Can't decide on a top 3, so here are my favourite 9 books of last year (in the order of reading). The binding, eleanor oliphant is completely fine, the diary of a bookseller, the monster who wasn't, the hitchhiker's guide to the galaxy, the last act of love, a man called ove, you let me in and the girl who drank the moon. From your list so far I read and then there were none and pet and enjoyed both. I already own addie larue and a good girl's guide to murder, just need to start reading 😊 so far I only read assassins apprentice and nevermoor and I really need to catch up with those series. The other books I'm really interested in are the test, confessions, the house in the cerulean sea and the boy, the mole, the fox and the horse and maybe the rage of dragon. And I want to read more sanderson and finally start elantris.
