Please tell Sensate they owed their supplier payments. Your sample in the video was dispatched from us. We helped Sensate sent more than 3000 units during COVID by risking our life , now they refused to pay us final invoice . Please help me passing the message

Hi Ben! thanks for reviewing these. Which one of these are best for reducing Hypersensitivity, that is to calm the nervous system down and deal with Stress and overwhelm? thank you.
@BenAngel
@BenAngel Жыл бұрын
Hey Mark, great question. Although I haven't dived into the research specific to hypersensitivity and wearables, my thought process goes to the Touchpoints to help calm the nervous system and for faster relief.

Hi @Ben Angel! Thanks so much for the comprehensive review of these products. I'm looking to buy a device that will help me gain mental clarity and energy for the day ahead, helping me to focus. Time & price are not on sure. In terms of focus & energy, which device would you recommend most? BrainTap, NeoRhythm, or something else? :) Thanks so much!!

Love the review. The Braintap is for sure great BUT nobody mentions the MONTHLY added cost to actually access the programs... adding up to 400 extra dollars per year!

you didn't mention brain Tap is a subscription. Are you paid or given these devices free? Would be helpful to know your position in promoting these products
@BenAngel
@BenAngel 3 жыл бұрын
Hey Hando, I'll go into more video in a longer video, there was a lot to cover, you also don't need a subscription for the device, they do have some free programs on there already. Re. being paid, I'm not paid to cover any of these devices. I often get the devices free, but I'm under no obligation to give a positive review. For example, I was given 3 Oura Rings, all of them failed... so I contacted the company, & called them out in this video for other reasons - kzbin.info/www/bejne/sKiqoIpjaLetrLM I'll happily retract a review/provide an update if they don't stand the test of time, or I later find out that consumers have been misled in any way.

I purchased a Sensate in early June. It arrived in early November. I have had 3 of them fail. They stopped vibrating. Because I complained the company now refuses to send a fourth. I never got a chance to use it for long but I think it has some positive impact.

@@BenAngel this is their newest iteration of the Sensate. I tried leaving a slightly negative comment on the comment section of Indiegogo but they “erased” all my comments. So I’ve comments on sites like yours to let people know. That got them angry and they won’t send a fourth. I have to hope they follow through with sending me a re-fund. Nothing yet.

@BenAngel
@BenAngel 3 жыл бұрын
Thanks Vaibhav, they both have different purposes/uses with similar outcomes. In saying that, I would choose Touchpoints for those suffering with anxiety over NeoRhythm. NeoRhthm for focus/brain training & even mild pain management. It all comes down to how the individual responds personally to the type of stimulus.

Hi Soriah, I'm all for electrotherapy... with a caveat. That someone rules in or rules out the multiple factors that contribute to anxiety, i.e. target the cause, not treat the symptom.

Have you reviewed the Muse S yet? I appreciate this video but it appears to be the Muse 2. Interested in the S as it appears to have additional sleep related biofeedback functionality. Thanks!
@BenAngel
@BenAngel 3 жыл бұрын
Great question, unfortunately not yet. It's definitely on a long list to test. :) It will be interesting to see how accurate their sleep tracking is on Muse S. The Oura Ring failed spectacularly - kzbin.info/www/bejne/sKiqoIpjaLetrLM I expect this to perform much better seeing as though it's on the head, not the finger.

@weisbarth 3 жыл бұрын
Hi Ben, which of these devices would you recommend for a teen who suffers from anxiety? I was also looking at the Muse S.
@BenAngel
@BenAngel 3 жыл бұрын
Fantastic question, I would go with the Muse because it will help them train their brain to be less reactive or overwhelmed by particular stimuli. It's great for teens because it also includes a gamification element, i.e. calmness score. You could even make it a competition in your household to see who can get the highest. I would also do a multi-pronged approach, look at diet, as well as address any digestive issues. My new book explores the gut/brain axis in great detail, especially around antibiotics and diet, factors that often get overlooked when it comes to a teens/our mental health.

Any thoughts which device may help with insomnia? I've heard the wrist wearable, doppel, mimics a body-scan meditation and *MAY* help, but I haven't found any reviews for it. Or would you recommend a cranial electrotherapy stimulation (CES) device for sleep, like Dave Asprey's 40-years of Zen? Binaural beats (SleepPhones)?

So why haven't you addressed the Hapbee device ? Even if it's just bullshit at least present it here so people will know to avoid it, the technology seems similar to the Neorhythm, for some reason the Hapbee never seems to be reviewed in these types of presentations.

It's pretty simple, I haven't tested the device. This review was about devices I've had for sometime, how they've held up, ease of use etc. I usually like to have a device for a minimum of one month before I comment on it - otherwise I'm just getting caught in the hype of so many others. That also allows me to see if any issues arise after extended use, i.e. especially bluetooth connectivity. It's on my list in the future.

@@BenAngel okay makes sense thanks just wondering as it had me thinking,why in most reviews of this type like Cody's Rall reviews of brain headsets it doesn't even appear on the radar, but other equivalent devices make it, even pre release mentions at least. Just curious if there is an advertising issue or anything. I tried to get on Hapbee's Facebook group and wasn't accepted. Maybe they know their device is just a placebo brick and are protecting it.
