It's basically the British grammys. It's early in the year, jan/Feb. Usually the performers will be nominees/winners on the night. Says something about dave that when he's given a platform he chooses a?song that shines a light on other artists too.

Great reaction. I really love this performance too. For UK rap it's more than just a stand out performance at the Brits because of who the other rappers are. Especially Giggs, the feds tried for years to stop his music career. Another one for the history books this.

Brits been going on for a while stll but only recently they been showing some love to the UK rap scene, they mainly ignored the scene before. I think Dave, Stormzy and maybe Dizzee are the only UK rappers to have performed on it ever, so it’s a BIG ting for the mandem, and they shelled it with the performances.
