Wow, so inspiring. I have a recent back injury and have found your videos very helpful. I am wondering if you guys would consider making a video about how to make up your own gym routine (or home workout routine). For example, learning how to use the ball for these exercises is great technique knowledge but how do i incorporate it into routine? how many times do i do each exercise? I always am a bit stumped when it comes to lifting weights too... how do you know how many reps? sets? how much weight to lift? just some general guidelines, would you consider making a video like this?

If you are having trouble gripping the ball (especially during those oblique crunches) maybe try deflating the ball to a slightly squishy state.
