I brought this headset (H111) only last month and I could only use it for a very short time . I just need a good micro for my work but the micro stopped working after ten days. I am so disappointed. It's a waste of money. I regret having bought it, especially in this difficult time. I will never buy anything made by Logitech again . I had to try to find a new separate microphone to use in my work.

Very strange, I have mine for more than a year now, actually I bought another one to keep at office so I can leave the first one at home. You may have a faulty one, as you only have it for 10 days, have you tried to get a replacement from the seller (e.g. Amazon). Thanks for your comment.
