You actually need to get to day 16 for it to count, at least that was my experience. I didn’t receive the achievement until day 16. Also solo is fairly easy, lightning bow helps clear out add at base and dark sword is very powerful early, just upgrade gates have them ready for the freeze and make sure to hunt Jotunns down early. Take your time but be quick about it at the same time. Get the quarry early on as well.

This game is just too good, had no idea it was a randomly generated survival game, and I love me some of that genre, love the rewards system, here's hoping they expand on classes abilities or even add new ones, the potential here is immense

Yeah eternal night is all about defense, as long as you have a decent collection of souls and all your buildings maxed out. it should be easy to defend till day 16. lvl 3 gates with 2 lvl 3 archers survive a really long time, and if one is getting kinda low just be ready to rebuild. if you need to go hunt down that 4th jotun load up 1 of the archer towers on each side with lightning or explosive lightning arrows. they will keep your walls clear for a while. don't put them in both towers because both towers shoot at the same time and it's a waste of arrows.

One VERY important thing that you overlooked is the super amazing immunity window for the warrior's rolls. This is truly an amazing lifesaver if you want to pump damage until the last second then dodge. But I do agree that the 2 classes other than warrior in this video are top tier. Good shit my dude

damn, that sucks. I got mine by luck/accident. I joined a MP lobby and was put into a 90 day match already, unfortunately the blacksmith was glitched as if he was downed and could not be picked up so I ended up leaving through the bifrost and I was given the Warden challenge completion.

sentinel is dope 6% hp regen at all times. 20% armor buff. captain America shield moves at no cost on top of weapon spells. great sustain for solo player

Solo warden to day 31. 1 death. Absolutely amazing. Left on bifrost with max horns and saga boss kill. You can singlehandly have your base almost max level by day 7. Frees up a lot of time to grind for the other rare resources. On solo you can get to the saga boss if you do all your quests by day 8. Absolute unit

ngl, that warden's durability skill is a must have for me. the fact that I can ignore a mechanic that annoys everyone else in the game for 1 skill point vs the other class's +50% durability for 2? yeah, that's just a flat game changer. I don't know if I can play any other class after that, mostly because who wants to have to return to base every couple of minutes just to repair your gear? nevermind the fail spiral that occurs if you die and thus run out of souls with your gear broken. I have started fulfilling the role of nanny with my saved souls, waiting for others to start screaming about needing repairs for their gear so that I can repair it for them with my banked souls.

I played a game with all seers and one warden. When we were fighting the jotunn no one died because there were so many healing circles and they stacked causing us to basically be invincible lol

Honestly I got to day 15 as sear with the saga clear. But the Jortan spawned in a way that it came between day 15-16 >< But the next time I did it with a berserker, which you unlock pretty easily if you make it today 15 from all the night creeps gathering at your gates, and boy was that fun. Considering I unlocked the Hammer/naked starter kick. That Feral Hammer is one of the easiest weapons to upgrade to tier 3. I got the tier 3 weapon before day 4 And was just absolutely smashing my way through the content. That time I made it today 16. I actually really enjoy the berserker, especially with the legendary fire to end in hammer. Fenrir isn't resisted against the fire hammer either. But he is resistant light attacks in dark attacks. I think he was resistance against fire access to but other than that.... Anyways I set myself up for success by stomping to Jortans almost a day after they spawned because I knew pretty close to where they spawned.

So far beat solo with Warden and Berseker. Warden is so good all around and also because of the unlimited ramps you can build. Helps to just scale large walls to get to the Hideout if you can't find the secret cave to get there.

Warden souls saved on repairs is negated by having to buy your armour for climate protection. Seer getting into climate zones by level 3 to farm up all your mats for early weapons upgrades is a really good speed running class. Went to day 15 on first play with seer

Warden Squad! Nothing beats the dwarven made skill by a long shot. I can't bring myself to play any of the other classes because of it. In my group of friends that play I am known as The Warden because everyone else wants to play the other classes and I'm the only one committed to this path

Warden > Durability Removal > Lightning Axe > Raider Armor > Soul Powered > Ragnarage > Mjolnir Might. Take the center line of skills. Do Axe Dam/Lightning Dam. Take the lower branch. DO NOT TAKE THE DUMB UPPER BRANCH. Fast warpstone with heals. Extra Rune slot. Save 10k souls. Lawls damage on everything.

I used to do seer in all of my runs, especially since the starting naked rune is the best thing ever so also being able to ignore temperature, do 20-44% more damage, and stun everything in your seedling just makes him top tier. now in season 2 I try using hunter because the exploration radius is good for not crashing into rocks

Day 15 solo is actually not hard, just make sure you got enough souls for repairing weapon and gates for the last two days when its all nightime, and you should be good for mats if you have the production building. And dont forget if you got a jotunn spawning on day 12+, kill it as fast as you can before you will be occupied by the eternal nightime
