Thank you very much for the info. For BP is it optimal to take the oil oil straight up? My preference would be to put it on salad if equally good as it can bother my throat to essentially drink it. Is that a good way as well? Thanks much!!

Hello doctor I’m 74 years old I left comments before I live in Southern California eye mention before suffer some arthritis in the knees really bad where I need transplant and suffering tremendously a lot with high blood pressure Sandy my blood pressure was at 190/87 today is Wednesday, October 2 my blood pressure and just what you’re telling me and what I’ve been seeing in learning from you today it was at 124/2077 that’s 124/77 tonight it’s 915 it’s a little high 137/80 but it’sIt’s working taking the beet juice and eating beets is bringing it down within two days it’s brought it really super low keep the good work up I’m learning a lot from you the seeds you’re talking about what is the name of it again please let me know thank you so much

There's a chef on KZbin that checked olive oils and he said that they should show the manufacturing date and the expiration date on the bottle to be a good one and it also should burn your throat a little when it goes down
