The recipe I use is so similar to this but we use beef protein powder instead of whey. When I first made these, they were SPOT on for Eggo waffles! My husband was in heaven! My favorite way to eat these, is to cut the waffles into crouton sized cubes, double toast them in a toaster oven, put them in a bowl and pour over hot melted butter with just a tsp or two of maple syrup mixed in. Almost like a bowl of cereal but better! Great video!

Dr Anthony Chaffee suggested Prime protein powder. We tried it and love it. It is all grass fed beef and blends very well. The only negative I could say about it is when making a shake out of it if you use cold water it seems to foam up quite a lot. I would mix it in 2 cups and let sit in fridge over night. Next morning foam is gone and pour the two shaker cups together. Good to go. But taste is great.

Apparently, you don’t know what carnivore or animalbased is. Every ingredient except for vanilla and cinnamon, which you don’t have to use is carnivore and animal based. So the only misleading thing is your comment and knowledge.
