1) Holy Sacrifice of the Mass everyday 2) Confession once a week 3) Holy Hour everyday 4) 4 Rosaries a day (try to work up to 8) 5) Monday through Friday wake up at 5:30 6) Don't eat till 5:30 Monday through Friday 7) Try to add a Seven Sorrows Rosary I'm joining the Fathers of Mercy on January 15th and I am already doing all these things but hopefully I can with the grace of God continue them in the order and push even harder to serve Our Lady in the most pleasing way. IT IS NO LONGER I WHO LIVE BUT THE BLESSED VIRGIN WHO LIVES IN ME!

@@gabiafterhours My brother who is already in the Fathers of Mercy order had gone to the Nobertine Order the same one Frater Giovani is at in California. They were super full with like 30 seminarians so they recommended the Fathers of Mercy in Kentucky. I would love to do that in the future. It will happen if Our Lady wants it. What a beautiful resolution! Reading your comment, I was struck by a voice saying that I should do this as well. While I feel that we all naturally do this as Catholics, the intentionality of making it a resolution could make a huge difference in not only how we feel doing home care but also what items we bring into our lives and our homes! Hi Gabriel! This is the first year I have said I’m making some New Year Resolutions and they are ALL faith based!! I have to wake up at 430 and I have such a hard time with it but I KNOW God had been waking me up and I’m telling you the other day I heard in my sleep wake up and pray!! I could not ignore it 1) Rosary everyday 2) Bible in a year 3) Saint Bridget prayer 4) I have fasting times set for Monday thru Saturday for the DEEP conversion of my husband,my 2 older daughters and sonand Sunday FEAST ( I have 7 kids 🧒) 5) Consecration to the Immaculate Mary for the kids 6) Tithe 10% of my paycheck 7) First Saturday Devotion 8) Adoration every Friday

Hi Gabriel!! God is using you in such an extraordinary way to save souls. Your videos changed me. 6 months ago, I was praying 1 Rosary and struggling. I never would have imagined I would be praying 4. I went from a lukewarm Catholic to a devout Catholic and your videos played such a big role in that. I reverted to the Catholic faith at age 12, and I've been going strong ever since. I don't have any devout Catholic friends my age, and it's really hard. I go to public school, and it's really hard to stay Catholic. I also struggle with scruples and I feel I'm constantly in mortal sin. There are a lot of things I need to work on in 2022. I only wish I was able to go to daily Mass, which is impossible for me at this moment. Thank you for your ministry. I know we will meet one day in Heaven. Please pray for me.

I often get distracted by the phone and social media, even when praying I can't get myself to focus. When I asked the priest about it during confession recently he advised me to say the Prayer of the Heart (aka the Jesus Prayer), where on the inhale I say "Lord Jesus Christ, Son of God" and on the exhale I say "have mercy on me, a sinner". It's a very simple prayer but very powerful. So that's my resolution to focus on prayer and when I get distracted, say the Jesus Prayer.

My NYRs are to tithe what I have left at the end of the month, to finish the Bible, and to pray one of my rosaries on my knees. Currently tithe 10% (first fruits), halfway done with the OT and finished the NT in 2021, and pray 3-4 rosaries (usually while walking).

I'm barely watching this now. My New Year's resolution for 2023 is to attend mass every single Sunday (or Saturday anticipated mass). I'm a new practicing catholic since September 2022! I hope to have a family and for all of us to go to mass like a cute little family and attend all the catholic obligations, but it starts with me first.

Hi Gabby, this sounds like something I resolved to be doing at the beginning of the Year. 1. To have a miracle hour from 4am- 5:30 am every morning. 2. This year I resolved to do fasting at least once in every month in order to grow spiritually. And so far it's been a good practice. 3. To not go a day without reading the word. 4. To do more holy hours in adoration. To pray more rosaries. 5. And to really avoid a certain sin that I had struggled with. That of judging others. So far it's going well I must say

My resolutions are to attend Bible study weekly, and I am currently in RCIA classes to recommit to my faith because for the past two years now I have felt God calling me. I'm also finding ways to be charitable, more thoughtful in how I plan my time and days and involving God every step of the way. I am turning to Jesus and Mother Mary each day, for the strength to be more Holy and worthy of their love. Also, limiting outside influences and sins that do not serve me or my family, and replacing them with His Glory and influences that bring me closer to Him (like this channel and my church community). Lastly, I resolute to nourish my body, mind and spirit just as Jesus wishes, asking Him to guide and support me in what I fuel myself with to be lighter and less burdened by desires that don't fulfill me. I am grateful for your videos and channels. Truly thank you for all you share. It’s been life changing for my family and I. I would love to know though, how your wife, a mother of multiple children including babies, structures her day to include all of her rosaries, prayer/adoration and spiritual reading. This is an area I’m struggling greatly in…even waking at 5am. Any guidance in this area is greatly appreciated.

Nicolette it is SO GOOD to hear from you! I encourage you to make a holy hour at your next convenient time and take to the Lord in the chapel and Our Lady in the Rosary what is it that they want from you. Everybody is different. It may be that you don't do spiritual reading every day or that you aren't able to make adoration everyday. Take those various things... confession, adoration, Rosary, Eucharist and ask the Lord and really be open... what do you want of me? Being a mom is tough and there are a lot of sleepless nights. I would recommend thinking about what can you cut out here and there? Is there any time that is fruitless? Is there any time that can be multitasked. Like nursing/rocking a baby while praying a rosary etc. Its tough to give adequate advice, but I want to convey to you not to compare yourself. Don't feel like less. Listen to your conscience... Praying for you! May Our Lady bless you and your family!

Just a suggestion, while you are doing your motherly duties, play beautiful religious music that will lift you up and make you remember that doing your duties with love is a prayer. Another tip to stay alert and healthy is to nap while the children are napping if you have sleep issues in the house. Also, ask for help from loved ones if possible. I'll pray for you 🙏

Great video. Hope you and your family have a blessed 2022 I currently do 4 rosaries a day, hour adoration a week, I just did consecration to our Blessed Mother and mass 2-3 times per week. I do many many novenas daily and won’t stop. I pray for strength to fast and hear Gods will and guidance. My husband left me for an affair with neighbor and hasn’t been To mass. He was always wonderful husband and father for 16 years, he says he isn’t sure if he wants divorce or not. I feel like the devil got in I pray to keep standing it’s been over a year. I believe God isnt for divorce, I’d love your thoughts on how can I hear God and our Blessed Mother and not just what I want to hear? Thank you very much.

WOW. You are a prayer warrior. KEEP IT UP! Our Lady doesn't lose. You will win his soul. Do not divorce. He is your husband. I am sorry that so much suffering has come your way. To hear the voice of God I recommend. Go to the Chapel. Pray a Rosary for the intention of hearing the voice of God in your soul. Its more like a tugging... not so much a voice. A strong pull... and then you get a pen and paper. And start writing from the perspective of God. If that tugging was words... write that. So for example if you were tempted to steel you would feel a tugging to not steal... those words would be "My daughter, don't steal." So just try that. Don't think too hard... Just write. Your conscience will convict you if you are making it up. Trust your conscience. Guilty feeling for not writing etc. I will teach a lesson on Lectio Divina here online soon so stay subscribed. I didn't exactly make a resolution. But I believe that I have to make a consecration to Mary using St. de Monfort "The Golden Book". I prayed what does Mary want from me and there I had it. After I made a consecration to St. Joseph(wich I own gratitude to you), I realise I have to do similar thing to Mary. Another resolution I want to do is to wear fivefold scapular. Since you showed the importance of scaramentals, I thought about something that I can gain a lot of graces and indulgences, wich I can give them to Mary, so She can use where it most fitting. My hope is that I could keep praying the whole rosary every day, wich in the past I couldn't do. As well as at least come to church and visit God who is in the taburnacle. At least for a minute. But I strugle to acomplish this. I hope Mary and Joseph will help me to overcome my obstacles to get closer to my Lord. Pax Christi

In the movie "The Passion of the Christ" at the meeting of Our Lord and Our Lady on the way to calvary, Our Lord looks at Mary and says, "See Mother I make all things new." He picks up the cross and continues on his way. May this video assist all through Mary to make all things new in their lives in Jesus. Gabe, you have an amazing gift for teaching / preaching the FAITH. I feel like a failure as a Catholic and father when I see the work you do. I struggle A LOT... 4 Rosaries are nearly impossible but I try hard to pray the 7 sorrows and one mystery of the Rosary.
