I lived in Chinatown and its vicinity for almost two decades. I know all the vendors firsthand. I absolutely love Tasty Hand Pulled Noodle in Chinatown. One of my favorite places ever!! Thanks, Fung Bros, for reigniting my former neighborhood!

Really glad to see you guys giving exposure to the real Chinatown and showing it still exists. Back in the 90s me and my family were some of the only Americans going down there to eat things like fish balls, tea eggs, and congee. I'm glad to see people appreciate the food now but I worry that some of these older more authentic spots will go away. Thank you for everything you're doing and I'm definitely checking out most of the spots in parts 1-4 lol

Such a shame that you guys missed out on the cart lady on Centre Street and Canal Street. The rice noodles and the sauces go so well together along with the curry fishballs. The quick turnover of rice noodles help keep them fresh rather than letting them sit and get soggy and gooey. She hasn't been out since the pandemic. 😢

FWIW, Yingji is proud and famous for its thin rice roll and abundant fillings. They do this on purpose and it takes so much expertise and I love it for this.

I am *so glad(!)* that you guys started with my favorite Cheong Fun cart, next to Hong Kong Supermarket. I am going there for YEARS and when the ladies see me, they already prepare it the way how I like it the most! *AWESOME!!!* EDIT: Just continued listen to you. They open up at 7am and close when all is finished up... usually between 1:30 and 2:30pm. When there are heavy rainstorms, they often don't open up at all. So, come early! Oh... adding egg is 50 cents more = $3.50 for the large.

I think Flushing, Queens has better Chinese food, more authentic and less expensive than Manhattan. Mikey Chen thinks so too. Chinatown in Sunset Park Bklyn also has great authentic food.

The one on Bowery and grand st is where I get my goods. I never knew it’s call Chang Lai fish balls and noodles. I just know where it is😅 Glad to see mad familiar faces. There used to be one on Canal and Mott st. Yo... they got everything from lomein (the best) to fried chicken and everything was less than $4. And also the ones by N,R subway entrance...The good old Chinatown. Thank you for recommending so many new hidden gems that I never knew existed. Definitely craving for some rice noodle now. And that beef stew looks delicious 🤤

I misss Vanessa’s as a nyc native!!! And so many others like Xi’an Famous Foods! The beef pancake and fried dumplings at Vanessa’s is the way too go!!!! Have you guys been to Shanghai Asian Cuisine on 14A Elizabeth? Right next to the little alley. Their dumplings are good!! Vietnamese restaurant Tu Do at 102 Bowery is a legiiiiit gooooood Vietnamese restaurant. It’s delish! Y’all gotta showcase those two restaurants also :) 😃
